Excellent follow up and preparation

I recently had the pleasure of renting a camper through RVezy, and I must say, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. This was my first time using the platform, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I had rented the camper for a hunting trip, and while my original location (which I had selected via Google Maps) turned out to be unsuitable for a holiday camper due to the road conditions, Kevin, our host, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Despite the unforeseen challenges, Kevin personally took the time out of his day to guide us to a beautiful campsite on the banks of the Wildhay River. His understanding and flexibility were invaluable, and he turned what could have been a stressful situation into a highlight of the trip. Kevin's local knowledge and willingness to assist truly made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Additionally, the camper itself was immaculate. It was clear that Kevin and his wife put great care into every detail. The decor inside gave the space a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like home away from home. I cannot recommend Kevin enough as a host. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made this rental experience exceptional. The Rustic Retreat was the perfect size for our family (2 adults, 2 young kids). The kitchen was well equipped for cooking with pots, pans and utensils. The trailer had a great layout with the island. Kevin is an attentive host and answered all our questions very quickly. I would book again!

Our experience with Kevin was great from start to finish! Communication was quick and easy, he was there to answer any questions we had. We chose the drop off option and we arrived to camp with everything set up ready to go (including camping chairs around the fire pit)! One thing that would have been nice would be A/C due to how hot it was in the day but we knew ahead of time that it wasn’t included! We would definitely rent this trailer again!

Incredible and well packed trailer. Lost of room, tidy and well maintained. Wish we did not bring so much our own stuff because it literally had everything we needed including the small things we did not even think of. Kevin is super helpful and informative. If you have any questions, you can get your answers instantly. Certainly recommend. Now we know who to contact again next time we are in Jasper.

Great little trailer in good shape. Fully outfitted with dishes, pots, chairs , linen etc. had it delivered to Jasper National Park which made it very easy. Kevin was super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience renting from Kevin. Trailer was perfect for two. We’ll equipped. We had everything we needed. We had the trailer delivered and arrived to a perfectly set up campsite — chairs by the fire, awning out, and just had to move in our food and clothes. Kevin was the most friendly, accommodatingand understanding RV rentee I've dealt with. He was also very communicative. One recommendation for future renters of any RV is to ask the owner to make sure to walk you through any operational procedure before driving away.

Great unit with everything we needed. Kevin was extremely helpful, showed us the details and how to use the trailer. Easy to tow and setup, comfortable bed without the need to step on top of each other to get in or out of bed.

Excellent service. I provided Kevin our site info and when we arrived the camper was set-up, the chairs were out and the music was even playing. It was so lovely to show up and have the camper set up after a long day of driving with the kiddos. As everyone has mentioned previously the camper is stocked with everything you would need to make your camping trip comfortable. We will certainly be booking with Kevin again.

We had Kevin tow the unit to our campsite in Jasper … by the time we arrived it was all set up…perfect. The unit was very comfortable with everything we needed (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, microwave and two burner stove. The bed was comfortable and easy to access vs other units we’ve seen, where you have to climb in and out over the end of the bed. Communication with Kevin was very easy and timely. We recommend the unit and would rent again.

Five Star Rating! Couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first time using RVey. Kevin was very helpful with getting us on the road and off camping. The trailer was stocked with EVERYTHING and I mean everything you might need to enjoy a camping trip. We packed way too much stuff unsure of what the trailer might have or not have, but again it had everything. Will def be renting the cozy cabin again!

Kevin was super friendly and explained everything on the trailer very well. When we got to our camping spot we noticed the propane regulator had a small leak. We made a temporary fix and when we had cell service I informed Kevin of it just so he was aware. Kevin arrived to the campsite with a full propane tank just incase we ran out over the weekend which was unexpected and awesome of him! The trailer was also very clean and easy to set up!

This is the most well equipped trailer we have ever used. It has everything you could possible think of. Kevin was super easy to deal with on both pick up and delivery. Will definitely rent this trailer again.

This trailer was great! We opted to have it delivered; it was dropped off earlier then expected, clean, and it was all set up for us by the time we got to the camp site. Kevin was great to deal with and walked us through the trailer, showed us how to use the different features, and gave us some tips. Kevin even set up four lawn chairs and two axes on a chopping block. This trailer comfortably slept my wife and I and two kids. We will rent again in the future!
