Dwyer and Lynn were such a nice couple to get to know leading up to the trip and on the day of handoff. They paid attention to our entire orientation and were sure to reach out if ever unsure about anything. There was an issue with an oil leak part way through their trip and Dwyer was kind enough to go to extra mile to ensure the RV was stopped up with a oil that was correct for the diesel engine and keep the bottles to I could show Mercedes when they returned. Definitely great when a renters treat the RV as if it's their own. All logistics were easily handled as well. I hope to have them rent from me in the future!
