Qing L.juil. 2021This is our very first RV experience. My son was sick on the day we were supposed to leave. Richard was so understanding that he extended our RV rental for one extra day. The walkthrough Richard gave us before departure was very detailed. He patiently answered all our "newbie" questions". Our entire trip is so enjoyable! Everything works great! Will definitely rent again.
