I took my 10 month old on her first camping trip and the only complaints I had was that the blinds do not block the light at all for nap times and the air conditioner was quite loud - its a big ac unit so it worked well but was loud. Very clean camper and owners are very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend.

There were gaps at the base of the door and via an unscreened opening that allowed the admittedly huge hours of mosquitos present ready access during the night. The overall condition is fair given the age but we has issues with the door not properly latching which we let them know about.

He was there to meet us upon our arrival. He reviewed all instruction on how to hook up the trailer. Our hitch did not accommodate the required height, readily he lent us one, at no addition cost. The trailer met our needs therefore we could totally enjoy our getaway. Returning the trailer went just as smooth. Chad is friendly, accommodating and respond quickly when contacted. Would rent again.
