Melody is thorough and guides you through everything you need to know about the trailer and its amenities. We had the trailer dropped off and set up for us at our campsite on time and Melody was there on time to check us out of the rental. Highly recommend renting the Prowler if it fits what you are looking for.

It was my first time using RVEzy and she guided me through the process which was a lot of help. Delivery and set up of the RV for myself and my son was smooth and easy. Melody took the time to familiarize us with the unit and explained all of the RVEzy documents and details we needed. We will definitely be renting again from Similkameen. Thank you Melody very much.
