Good communication. No issues. Our family trip was memorable.

This is our first time renting a travel trailer and was naturally nervous about how it was going to go. Any anxiety disappeared immediately when meeting Andrew and his family. On pickup day they were nice, helpful, and even excited for us to use their trailer. They kept in communication during the trip and made sure all went well for our 6 hours drive up to the North Coast of CA. Now for the trailer. On pickup, the trailer was clean and well stocked. It is super nice with a large pop out that really opens up the main area when out. It's perfect for a family of 4. The front bed is comfy and the bunk beds are huge that have space for 2 on each with the only caveat that the top bunk is too high from the floor and hard to get in and out of even with a step stool provided. We mainly used it clothing storage with the kids sleeping on the bottom together. Storage throughout the trailer is plentiful and the fridge/freeze stayed cold the entire time. We were dry camping so we were very reserved with using water from the tank in fear of filling up the grey/black tanks. We pretty much just used the toilet and on the last day of our 6th day of camping we barely hit 1/3 on both tanks. The trailer had everything to empty tanks along with gloves. Andrew labeled everything so there wasn't any confusion. We towed the trailer with a 1/2 Chevy Trailboss with the 3.0 diesel no problem once we adjusted the sway/leveling bars to match the truck. I believe Andrew tows with a 3/4 ton and the tow system was set to match that size truck. We enjoyed using Andrews trailer and wouldn't hesitate to use it again the the future. The van was amazing. The host as well. So easy to operate the lights, power, gas, and water with the control screen. Time I had a question first was available to answer.

We loved driving this van up to the redwoods with our basset hound! Everything was very new, we felt comfortable in the van. My boyfriend is 6’2 and our basset hound is big, the inside bed was a bit snug so we all fit comfortably on the bed at the top- it was so nice having that as an option. The generator, stove, inside fans and lighting worked great. The only issue we came across was we needed a hookup in order to use the running water for sink and shower- which our campsites did not have. We liked the screen for the van door to keep mosquitos and bugs out. The cabinets and drawers fit all our supplies for an 5 day trip and there was a dresser which was a nice bonus. The only draw back was the drawers opened and closed while driving, so to help with this we placed tape and zip ties to keep them still and closed. Overall we had a great experience with this van and appreciate the quick communication Le had with us.

Took it to the Redwoods had a blast. Had an issue with the generator but didn’t let it destroy our trip.

The Solis gave us a great variety of options in our travels down the coast. We stayed at some campgrounds along the way but also did a lot of dispersed camping in some amazing locations. Mark was great and I want to thank him publicly for his flexibility
