Michael was very responsive - very good communication- it was unfortunate that the AC of the car was as broken, he told us 24h before. Even more unfortunate when we arrive he told us the generator and therefore the AC of the whole van would not work. Also the Bile rack I paid for would not fit for my kids bikes. The bunk beds for the kids works for a week, but no longer, the iron parts are not straight anymore and are not keeping in what the bed should be….
