The best Class C rentals in Lake Saint Louis, MO

Kelsey was very responsive to my communication and questions; I really appreciated that! Why? Because my family and I had a ton of issues with this RV. We booked for 8 days and had to return after 2 days because so much was going wrong. Showerhead handle was broken, gray and black water release handles wouldn't go, both kitchen and bathroom sinks stopped draining (so we could neither shower nor use the sinks for anything), A/C vent drained water into the living area, slider leaked during a rain storm, and upon return home I got a "check engine oil level" warning. We did make it back for the return! If this vehicle can be properly serviced (I recommend next renter get some sort of proof of service) I think it would be a great getaway vehicle for a fun vacation. And I'm honestly very sorry to leave such a poor review. We were very grateful to be on a trip that allowed this sort of flexibility where we could return it instead of being stuck with it. My final takeaway is that we are definitely not "turned off" from RVing - the Campground host was a lifesaver in helping us understand that none of these issues were normal and helped me with around-the-camp things, and the theory of living in an RV that works is very fun. But we will definitely not be renting an RV again from any individual because of the incredible hassle we faced throughout this whole experience. I'm sorry for the bad review Kelsey, I really did appreciate your communication and I know this will be a great vehicle once it gets the service it needs.

Rv was great for our trip.

Kelsey was very responsive as this was our first time renting/driving/experiencing an RV. Easy pick up and drop off and she was great to work with. The RV was very clean. We did have to provide sheets for the other two beds as the only sheets provided were the ones for the queen, but that wasn't a huge deal, as we liked having our own linens. She had plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. Everything was very clean. But for the fridge that stopped working on our way back and the base of the toilet slowly leaking clean water (none of these were her fault), everything went very smoothly.
