What an absolutely awesome host, he was so friendly and informative and everything was exactly as described plus the little binder was a lifesaver. The RV was as easy to drive as a home depot box truck, was easy to navigate and use and was so clean and well maintained. My first ever time driving an RV and it really was so simple. Eugene was the star though he was the best ever! The only qualms I did have is the generator ran out of gas quickly as we were dry camping in the dessert and using the AC it lasted around 14 hours so if your dry camping I would definitely take that into account. Would definitely recommend this RV and Eugene. 5 stars

The RV was in great condition and smooth to drive. The fuel mileage was excellent, and the AC was cold. A few minor questions came up on operating the RV, but Phil was always there to clarify our questions and get us on the road again. Thank you Phil for a great experience, and great RV!

He was thorough and took his time to make sure we knew how everything worked.Get the insurance! We had a blow out on our way home & they came out and changed the tire in a timely fashion.
