Quick responses, nice trailer, overall good experience. When arriving found the trailer unlevel enough my daughters had a hard time walking around inside. Was told the ground is un level where we were staying, but i know that if the grounds un level the trailer should be set on blocks and wheels locked to make it level. The ac dropped right in front of the awning and the door due to it being so un level as well. The outdoor burners were not hooked up for the outdoor kitchen. Great space inside, very clean and everything worked. the stability was also rocky due to the fact two of the stabilizer arms on one side were both broken. 4/5 as the issues i had should be easily fixable and could of made it a 5/5
Kahrin and Hubby went out of their way to deliver this trailer at a recent dog show. There was so much chaos at the enormous show that it took quite some time to locate the office where they could leave the keys for me. We had similar frustrating issues trying to find the correct RV site too. But despite the frustration, Kahrin remained cheerful and patient the whole way through our back and forth communication. When we arrived we were so appreciative that they had left the AC on for us as it was very hot and very humid.
The trailer itself was perfect for our needs. An excellent layout. It was spacious even when the doors to both bedrooms were shut off. The towels were nice and plush and bedding was also provided. The bathroom was huge. The icing on the cake though were the two reclining massage chairs!
I was extremely pleased with this rental experience. My communication from Kahrin was instant. I do think that a lock box would be a good addition to the rental for those of us who show up late and leave early.
What a great weekend we had with great memories. Did I mention that my puppy won Best of Breed! (Over his Champion Dad!)
