Tour the restored 19th-century home of Alexander H. Stephens and the adjacent museum housing one of Georgia's largest collections of Civil War artifacts. Stephens served in Georgia's state legislature and US Congress before his selection as Vice President of the Confederacy, and later became the 50th governor of Georgia. RV parking is available near the visitor lot.
A short, easy loop through pine and hardwood forest near the campground, suitable for a quick stretch after a long drive. Interpretive signs highlight local flora and beaver habitat.
Two small park lakes offer bank and boat fishing for bass, bream, and catfish. A Georgia fishing license is required for anglers age 16 and older, and only electric motors are permitted.
The park contains roughly 12 miles of multi-use trails shared by hikers and horseback riders, winding through mixed pine and hardwood forest. A dedicated horse camp serves visitors traveling with horses.
A seasonal outdoor swimming pool operates during the summer months, providing welcome relief from Georgia's heat and humidity. Access is included for registered campers on operating days.
Shaded picnic shelters, grills, and a playground make the day-use area a practical stop for families traveling by RV. Several shelters are reservable for group gatherings.
A short drive or walk from the park leads to downtown Crawfordville's historic district. The Crawfordville Historic District is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is centered on the downtown business district.
Rob is fantastic. His trailer is even better. Easy to “work with”. The couch is very nice. The kitchen is a wee small if you are used to a giant one. Made a full course meal for 10 in it. Took a little juggling. Bed was comfy. Tons of pillows.

Great RV for a weekend trip! It was plenty of room for 6 adults, and it was easy to get in touch with Rob if we needed anything.

As a first time RV renter, this was an awesome experience. Sam was a great host and he made the process very easy. Communication and customer service was top tier and the rv was everything as described and pictured. I look forward to renting this rv again.

Sam was a great host, he communicated well and had everything set up before I got there. I was a family of 4 and we had enough room. Shower is perfect size and bathroom even comes with a door so you can go straight outside. We had a canopy and led light outside plus outdoor speakers with a built in radio/ bluetooth that comes with the camper. You won’t be disappointed. Book your next trip with Sam.
