Roch was an excellent host! The RV was exactly as described and Roch was readily available and happy to communicate with us when we had questions. He provided us with a helpful set of videos to fully explain how everything works in the RV. It was beautifully set up for us on our arrival, everything ready to go. Main Lake Provincial Park, BC, Canada

How to get to Main Lake Provincial Park

The park sits on the north end of Quadra Island, reached by BC Ferries from Campbell River on Vancouver Island, about a 10 minute sailing followed by roughly an hour drive up the island on narrow rural roads. From Nanaimo, Campbell River is about 155 km and 2 hours by highway, and from Victoria it is around 265 km and 3.5 hours. RV travelers should check BC Ferries vehicle length restrictions and fares in advance, plan for winding island roads with limited turnouts, and note that the final park access is a rough gravel road not suitable for large rigs. The nearest airport for fly-and-rent trips is Campbell River Airport (YBL), with Comox Valley Airport (YQQ) as a larger alternative.
