Early July brings long daylight hours but also the peak of blackfly and mosquito activity common to the boreal forest. September is a strong shoulder-season pick for RVers, with cooler nights, fewer bugs, and the start of fall colour. The park operates seasonally, so spring and late-fall visitors should confirm campground opening and closing dates before towing in.
