How to get to Tenkiller State Park

The park lies about 25 miles south of Tahlequah and roughly 75 miles southeast of Tulsa, a drive of about 1 hour 30 minutes via US-62 and OK-82. From Fort Smith, Arkansas it is about 60 miles, around 1 hour 15 minutes. Access roads are paved two-lane highways with rolling hills and some steep grades near the lake, so trailers and large motorhomes should watch curves and use lower gears on descents.
