Baptiste was incredibly helpful and made the whole process seamless. The trailer was in great condition—clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our trip. Baptiste provided clear instructions on how to use the trailer, and offered helpful tips for towing and setting up. Communication was quick and easy, and Baptiste was always available for any questions we had leading up to and during the rental. It was an excellent experience from start to finish! Dianne and Dan were a pleasure to deal with. Communication was timely and clear. The 5th wheel is well appointed, very clean throughout including linens and towels and everything works as it should. They provide a detailed list of what's included with the rental so there is no guess work in what you need to bring with you. I would not hesitate to recommend this 5th wheel and hope that I have another opportunity in the future to rent it again myself. Thank you Dianne & Dan!
