We had a great trip. The RV was great and Paul was very helpful.

Nice clean little camper for 4. Nicely appointed but Bring a rug or mat for in front of camper & inside door. Longer water hose & electrical cord would be helpful. We were glad to have the generator for back up because the elec. cord was not always long enough. Know what you need and ask. Paul added a drip coffee machine & toaster for us. Bedding & towels were clean & nice. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked well

Mark has a beautifully maintained trailer that met all our needs. He showed these newbies all the switches and gauges. We were treated with a bin of snacks and a welcoming spirit. We did nothing but enjoy the trailer-Mark did the rest. Everything was functional, convenient, and pleasant. Our faves were the spacious shower, temp control, and comfy bed. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this host and his very homey space!

WOW!!! Like most people who have had the pleasure of renting from Mark & Pam, we wish we could give more stars! They went above and beyond every step of the way. We rented Aug 4 - Aug 6 for the Oregon Jamboree. We had friends who were camping nearby. Mark & Pam made it so we had our campsites together, held their spot and communicated the entire time. When we arrived our trailer was set up and beautifully decorated. A sweet gift basket with cool waters, snacks, a lovely note and fresh fruit from their orchard was waiting for us. Pam grabbed me and Mark grabbed my husband for a quick tutorial. In less than 10 minutes we knew everything we needed to enjoy their lovely and comfortable trailer for our event. Everything we needed was provided. When it was time for them to pick up the trailer, they were punctual and efficient. The condition of their trailer is like it is brand new. Comfortable bed, tastefully decorated, camp chairs, cooking utensils, games, bedding all provided. We started as guests, but with Pam and Mark, you leave having made new friends. We will always use them. If you are looking for an easy, laid back rental experience that is personally tailored for your needs, book with Mark and Pam.

How much does it cost to rent an RV in Lebanon, OR?

Great news: an RV rental in Lebanon is one of the more affordable ways to explore the Willamette Valley and Cascades. On RVezy, you'll typically see travel trailers from around $90 to $150 per night, Class C motorhomes from $175 to $275 per night, and luxury Class A rigs from $250 to $400 per night. Do I need a special license to rent an RV in Lebanon, Oregon?

You're in luck: a regular driver's license is all you need to rent an RV in Lebanon for almost any rig on the platform. Oregon does not have a non-commercial Class A or B license tier for personal RV use, so Class A, Class B campervans, and Class C motorhomes all drive on a standard license. You just need to be 25 or older with a valid license, and RVezy verifies your ID through the platform during booking. Visiting from another country? Pick up an International Driving Permit (IDP) from your home auto association before you fly. That's it, no CDL, no endorsement, no Oregon road test required.

Is my RV rental in Lebanon protected if something goes wrong?

Yes, peace of mind is built into every RVezy booking. Every motorhome rental Lebanon trip includes a renter protection plan that covers damage to the RV, plus 24/7 roadside assistance, so you are never stranded on Highway 20 or out near Foster Lake without help. During checkout you choose your level of coverage (Standard, Special, or Supreme), giving you control over how much protection you want. Combined with RVezy customer support before, during, and after your trip, you can drive off knowing you are covered from pickup to drop-off.

What happens if I need to cancel my Lebanon RV rental?

Booking is low-risk, so you can plan with confidence. RVezy sets the cancellation policy for every Lebanon RV rental (it is not host-defined), and there is a grace period after booking where you can cancel for a full refund. After the grace period, refund eligibility depends on how far out you are from your trip start date. Because cancellation terms are managed by RVezy directly, the process is consistent across every rental. If your plans change, contact RVezy support through your booking and they will walk you through your options step by step.

Can I bring my dog on a Lebanon RV trip?

Yes, and Lebanon is a fantastic launchpad for tail-wagging adventures. Filter for pet-friendly RV rental Lebanon listings on RVezy, message the host before booking to confirm any pet fees, and you're set. Waterloo County Park, just 5 miles east of Lebanon, has a dedicated off-leash dog park and shaded riverside sites along the South Santiam River. McDowell Creek Falls County Park welcomes leashed dogs on its waterfall trail loop, and Cheadle Lake Park inside Lebanon city limits has wide grassy lawns perfect for fetch. Pro tip: pack a towel for muddy paws, as the Santiam River draws Labs and goldens like a magnet on warm afternoons.

Can the RV be delivered to me in Lebanon?

Yes, RV delivery Lebanon is one of the easiest ways to start your trip, especially if it's your first time renting an RV. Many RVezy hosts will drive the rig to your driveway, a local campground like Gills Landing RV Park, or even all the way out to Waterloo County Park, then set up the awning, level the rig, hook up water and power, and walk you through every system. Delivery fees typically run $2 to $5 per mile from the host's location. Use the Delivery filter on RVezy to see which Lebanon hosts offer it. Pro tip: ask about a full setup-and-teardown package so you can show up, unpack, and start fishing the South Santiam.

When is the best time of year for an RV trip in Lebanon?

Late June through September is the sweet spot for your Lebanon RV trip. Summers in Lebanon are warm, dry, and gloriously clear, with average highs around 81°F in July and August and almost no rain (July averages just 0.24 inches). May and early June bring lush green valleys and wildflowers, while September and early October offer mild 70s, fewer crowds, and stunning fall color along the Santiam River. Winters are cool and wet (December averages 4.4 inches of rain and lows around 34°F), but campgrounds like Waterloo and Gills Landing stay open year-round at low valley elevation. Pro tip: aim for a July weekday departure to maximize sunshine and minimize traffic on Highway 20.

I've never driven an RV before. Will I be okay in Lebanon?

You've got this, and Lebanon is one of the most forgiving places to be first time renting an RV. Roads are flat, traffic is light, and Highway 20 east toward Sweet Home is wide-shouldered and well-maintained. Every RVezy host provides a full walkthrough at pickup covering the generator, slide-outs, leveling, tanks, propane, and driving tips, and you can call or text them throughout your trip. Class B campervans and small Class C motorhomes are the easiest first-timer rigs to drive. Pro tip: spend your first night at Waterloo County Park (about 5 miles east). The pull-through sites are wide and beginner-friendly, so you can practice setup before heading deeper into the Cascades.

What if my RV breaks down during my trip?

Take a breath, you are covered. Every RV rental in Lebanon Oregon booked through RVezy includes 24/7 roadside assistance as part of the renter protection plan, whether you have a flat tire on I-5, run out of fuel on the Santiam Pass, or your battery dies at a Detroit Lake campsite. One phone call dispatches help to your location. Your host is also typically just a phone call away for quick questions about appliances, slide-outs, or hookups, and RVezy customer support backs everything up. Pro tip: save the roadside assistance number from your booking confirmation to your phone before leaving Lebanon, in case cell signal gets spotty in the Cascade foothills.

Can I take my Lebanon RV rental across state lines or into Canada?

Yes, cross-state road trips from Lebanon are encouraged. Many hosts allow travel throughout Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, and Nevada, so you can chase the coast to Brookings or head north on I-5 to Seattle. Some hosts permit travel into Canada with advance notice and insurance confirmation, so message the host directly through the listing before booking if Vancouver Island or the Canadian Rockies are on your wish list. Travel to Mexico is not allowed on any RVezy rental because insurance coverage does not extend across that border. Pro tip: Crater Lake (175 miles south) and Redwood National Park in California (about 280 miles southwest) are popular cross-border routes from Lebanon.

What should I budget for fuel on a Lebanon RV trip?

Fuel is one of the bigger trip costs, but it's easy to budget. Oregon gas prices typically run a bit higher than the national average, hovering around $3.80 to $4.40 per gallon in the Lebanon area. Class B campervans average 18 to 22 MPG, Class C motorhomes get 8 to 12 MPG, and large Class A rigs return 6 to 10 MPG. For a 500-mile loop to the coast and back, expect to spend roughly $150 to $300 on fuel depending on rig size. Pro tip: fill up at Costco in Albany (12 miles north of Lebanon) for the cheapest fuel in Linn County, then top off before heading into the Cascades where station prices climb sharply.

How far in advance should I book campgrounds near Lebanon?

For summer trips, book as soon as your dates are locked in. Oregon State Parks like Detroit Lake and Silver Falls open reservations up to six months in advance through the official reservation system at oregonstateparks.reserveamerica.com or by phone at 800-452-5687, and the most coveted weekends (July 4th, Labor Day) fill within hours of release. Linn County parks like Waterloo and Sunnyside book quickly too. Gills Landing inside Lebanon accepts reservations up to 12 months out. For spontaneous trips, same-day online reservations are now available statewide at Oregon State Parks (the $10 reservation fee is waived for same-day bookings). Pro tip: weekday arrivals almost always have availability, even in peak summer.

What are driving conditions like around Lebanon?

Driving an RV around Lebanon is refreshingly easy. The town sits at about 350 feet elevation on flat Willamette Valley terrain, with Highway 20 and Highway 34 as the main routes. I-5 is just 10 miles west via Albany. Watch for fog on cool fall and winter mornings in low-lying river areas, and expect occasional logging trucks on Highway 20 east toward Sweet Home and Santiam Pass. If you're heading into the Cascades (Detroit Lake, Santiam Pass to Bend), the grade climbs steadily and chains may be required from November through March on Highway 20 over the pass. Pro tip: download an RV-specific GPS app before you leave, as it'll route you around the few low-clearance railroad underpasses in downtown Albany.

What amenities should I expect at campgrounds near Lebanon?

Most campgrounds near Lebanon are well-equipped for a smooth stay. Gills Landing offers 20 full-hookup sites (water, electric, sewer) plus Wi-Fi, cable, and coin showers. Waterloo County Park has electric and water hookups, a dump station, hot showers, and flush toilets. Mallard Creek Golf and RV Resort provides full hookups with 30 and 50 amp service. Most state and county parks have potable water fill stations and dump stations on-site or at the entrance. Pro tip: where to park an RV in Lebanon between trips? The dump station at Waterloo County Park is open to non-campers for a small fee, making it the easiest spot to empty tanks before your drop-off back to the host.

Most Class C and Class A rigs sleep 4 to 8 and come with a TV, propane furnace, AC, and seatbelts for everyone riding. Many include a generator for off-grid stops, and some offer Wi-Fi hotspots or solar. What add-ons and pickup options do Lebanon hosts offer?

Lots of flexibility here. Many Lebanon hosts offer popular add-ons like bedding and linen packages, kitchen kits, camp chairs, outdoor grills, generators, bike racks, kayaks, and even Starlink Wi-Fi for working from the road. How do payment and the security deposit work on RVezy?

Payment is simple and secure. When you book your RV rental Oregon trip through RVezy, you pay through the platform with a credit card. No cash, no checks, no awkward handoffs with the host. The security deposit is separate from your booking payment and is pre-authorized on your card before pickup, then released after drop-off assuming no damage. To avoid surprises, do a thorough walkthrough at pickup with the host, take dated photos of the interior and exterior, and return the rig with the same fuel level and propane as received. Pro tip: empty the tanks and give the inside a quick sweep before drop-off to ensure your full deposit comes back fast.
