The countertop & sink, as well as the sofa, is in a slide-out that helps to make the living space more roomy. The trailer comes equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, and bed sheets. Just bring your own towels, pillows, and blankets. There is also an outdoor shower. The rental fee includes one full tank of propane; if you need more you can bring your own, (20 lb tanks) or I can provide it for an extra charge. In order to enjoy the full benefits of this trailer, you will need at least a 25' electrical site. If you choose to book a non-electrical site, please be aware that not all features of the trailer will work. *** The trailer is expected to come back in a broom-swept condition, with all of the included dishes, pots, and pans clean.
