Great communications throughout. The van was in great conditions and was everything we required for our trip. Not a complaint but a recommendation, the van had ample crockery, cups and cutlery but it was all disposable and we prefer to have a more reusable set that is also more solid to use. The starlink and TV setup was great for the kids on the trip and we even watched a few movies on Netflix in some evenings. Other than that a great host and a super van. 10/10 other than the reusable stuff.
