Theresa & Joe we’re super host! Departure instructions and videos for convenience were so helpful! Fully furnished with kitchen & bath supplies and Theresa even stocked up our fridge with water & drinks & snacks. RV was spotless and in excellent condition. Joe and Teresa are fabulous hosts! We were first time RVers and Joe was so patient to walk us through everything thoroughly. He was available while we were in the road for questions. I knew if we had any trouble he was there for us. If you are considering the RV/Sprinter life I highly encourage you to rent this one!

The Change of Scene Machine was exactly what we were looking for. As newbie RV-ers, the vehicle is easy to drive and simple to setup. Azim and Bibi were excellent Hosts - they showed us how to operate the vehicle before departure, provided an operating / “how-to” manual as a backup, and were very responsive via text throughout our trip to help answer our questions. The RV itself is in good condition, though we had a small issue with the air conditioning occasionally leaking throughout the night. In addition (and perhaps a small oversight as we were keen to get on the road), no cutlery / dishes / pots & pans / bedsheets / blankets were provided in the RV. We made a trip to Walmart to pick up some basics (and left them for the next guest), however this was an added expense we were not anticipating. I’d advise the next guests to communicate expectations regarding these details upfront. Many thanks to Azim and Bibi - had a blast road tripping across Texas!
