Additional uses such as a personal fire pit is not intended and would require the tank to be refilled. 8,000 BTU air conditioner, heater, stove, microwave are all in the unit and we will make sure you are comfortable with their use. We will make every attempt to have the fridge running on propane and pre-cooled before you arrive. It can run on propane or electric so if you are camping without services, you will still have a working fridge. We do have a generator available for rent between all our untis. Please advise at booking if you require a generator. Black and grey tanks are only 20 gallons, so please ensure you are keeping an eye on the levels and emptying during your trip as needed. If tank emptying add-on is selected, we will take care of it at the end of your trip. We can provide a full tank of fresh water, but that will add about 300lbs of towing weight so please request in advance if you require fresh water. In order to tow the trailer, you MUST have 7 pin wiring. 4 pin wiring will not allow the trailer brakes to work and AB law requires working trailer brakes for all trailers over 1,500lbs. A brake controller is also required to tow safely. We can provide one free of charge if requested at time of booking. There is a $400 replacement fee if it is not returned (that's how much they cost) Our cleaning/prep fee covers propane, toiler paper, cleaning and sanitizing between rentals, some cleaning supplies and everything you require to safely tow and hook up the trailer at the campsite. At the end of the rental, we ask that the trailer be returned free of personal effects and reasonably tidy. We don't require it to be cleaned thoroughly as we will clean it anyway :)
