We will include a ps4 to play movies on. We will also supply the sheets, dishes and some games. It has a built in vacuum!! A true must have for the sand. This is a family Trailer so there will be some toys included. If not traveling with kids we can remove the toys.

The separate bedroom has a walk around queen bed with ample storage for clothes. The bathroom area has doors to partition it off from rest of unit for privacy. Unit has a stand up shower with skylight. The toilet and sink are in a separate room with a door. The kitchen has stove with oven and a microwave. The fridge is larger than most. The flooring is new and a vinyl wood grain plank. Carpet has been replaced in the unit.
