Has 2 20lbs propane tanks that will be full on pickup, and will need to be refilled before drop off (or add on a prepay for this and we will do it for you). For beds there is one set of double size bunk beds, prefer smaller people to sleep on the top, the table folds down to a bed as well as the couch folds out to a bed. Basic utensils, a pot and pan are included. Must bring your own bedding and towels. Must indicate if you need trailer filled with water as trailer will show up dry without it. No smoking or vaping inside, smoking inside could potentially result in the damage deposit being held to professionally clean to try and get the smell out.
