This 2021 Grand Design Imagine 3250 BH trailer has everything you will need to have a fantastic vacation.  It's perfect for family getaways. It's huge 37ft length houses comfortable sleeping for 8 people (possibly 10 at most) while still offering a spacious living area packed with some awesome features.  Always kept the perfect temperature with a 15000BTU AC and a 35000BTU Furnace (ready to roll whatever the season).  The 21' power awning allows for lots of shade wherever you plan to camp with built in LED lighting to seamlessly take you into the evening.  The outdoor kitchen has upper cupboard space and a slide out drawer with BBQ utensils included. A fridge and 2 gas burners are also built in to the outdoor space.  The trailer is equipped with 2 20lb propane tanks to run the gas stoves and water heater but if you require more we can provide additional tanks for a small fee.  There's a hose at the back corner for outdoor water access also.  Inside the trailer has 3 bump outs giving you lots of indoor space in case of the inevitable rainy days.  The kitchen has an 8 cu ft fridge/freezer, a microwave, a gas oven with 3 burners and an island with extra coutertop space and sink.  Tonnes of storage cupboards and drawers and a pantry with a sliding barn door.  The table has seating for 4 and can be converted into a bed for 2, or more if everyone gets cozy.  The comfortable recliners are equipped with LED lighting, heated seats, cup holders and a massage feature.   A working LED fireplace sits under the TV which has satellite, DVD, USB and CD capabilities.  With both indoor and outdoor speakers you won't have to bring a radio for tunes.  The bunk house in the back has 4 bunkbeds and lots of cupboard and drawer space for each person's belongings.  USB ports in the walls make for easy charging for your tech and a door which separates it from the living space for privacy.  The other end of the trailer has the queen bed with more cupboard space, USB chargers with cubbies on either side and individual lights.  The bathroom has a sink, toilet and radius shower with a skylight and built in shelves.  The trailer has 2 Grey water compartments which is great for getting further in between having to dump them.  Inside the trailer, the control board monitors when the tanks are getting full so your always in the know.   This trailer is kept immaculately clean with a professional cleaning between rentals.  All kitchenware is included in your rental (Pots, Pans, Kettle, Keurig, Toaster, Dishes, Utensils...), only thing you will need is your groceries.  Linens can be provided upon request.  A generator is also available for rent if the site does not have power.  Please feel free to contact me with any other requests or questions and I will be happy to discuss it with you. We deliver! Our family trailer is ideally suited for a family and we have enjoyed using it for several years with our 4 children. The back has 4 bunks which comfortably sleeps 4 children/teens. The master bedroom includes two doors, two closets/cabinets and a new pillowtop mattress. There is also a pullout sofa bed and a pullout dining table bed. The outdoor includes a large awning, under which we always put up a small table and shoe rack. We also have a large outdoor mat under the awming. The dinette seats 6 people comfortably and there is also a sofa. The kitchen is well stocked with a plates/bowls/cups and cutlery for 10 people. (Children's dishes are also included).A coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans and a crockpot are also included. We always cook outdoors so a coleman stove is available, along with a electric skillet. There is a microwave, stove and oven inside the trailer. There is also an outdoor fridge for drinks. We can include linens, blankets, lawn chairs, lawn games, a portable BBQ and even a generator. For the back bunks, we will include 4 sleeping bags if requested. There is a bike rack but since we deliver the trailer, the bikes will have to be dropped off at our place prior to the trip. We only deliver and will deliver within a 150 km of Hamilton. Please let me know if you require an exception to this. Please leave the trailer in the same condition it arrived. We will fill the water tank and propane tanks before the trip and empty the septic at the end of the trip. (We will provide cleaning products, brooms, RV toilet paper, etc.)
