This trailer was our first baby, so we upgraded everything...from the bathroom fan which we upgraded to a Fantastic fan..to the hot water tank..which is a tankless hot water heater(water on demand)! we have the country kitchen model, which is actually a lovely whitewash. I love the KING bed! and the bunks are huge...so much space for kids to play and we even use one for storage(clothing bags etc)and just close the curtain for tidiness. There is an inverter system and a solar system hooked up so you always have battery power! the fridge holds a tonne of food and the freezer is spacious! we cooked outside all the time so the oven and stovetop has actually never been used! We have a plug in inversion cooker and a BLACKSTONE GRILL available upon request as an ADD ON! the dinette and the fold down couch create more sleeping spots and our little kids just loved this! we were able to link our phones to the TV and we always had shows to watch. you can always hook up the dvd and watch movies, play cards etc on rainy days. We always had an outdoor gazebo to expand our sitting area..especially in buggy weather! lots of food storage under sink and beside fridge. the Shower has a smallish tub which is great for rinsing out kids clothes and even giving littles a bath! there is an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing dirty things off outside! storage for clothing immediately beside the bunks isn't spacious, but has ample back space so we stored our toilet paper, paper towels, and hung up coats etc here. two drawers beneath ideal for underwear and socks etc. in the KING bed area there are three large overhead cupboards for amazing storage for clothes and extra stuff...also under the fold out bed there is lots of storage..we put seasonal clothes there or bulky items like extra blankets etc. finally under each dinette seat there is a medium sized storage area..I could fit a plastic basket there 10x14 x12..which was perfect for any extras you like to have on hand! we love this trailer and look forward to many years of enjoyment, for us and others as well!!!

Our new trailer is a home away from home! Pick your perfect spot and we bring the trailer to you! We will get you all set up, and we will pick it up when your vacation is over. (Prices as listed on RVezy's site). We supply dishes, pots, and pans, dish soap, hand soap, hand sanitizer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and BBQ. All you need are linens and towels! If there are any other special requests, let us know and we will try to accommodate you. The trailer has a Master bedroom with Queen size bed and plenty of storage! The other bedroom has 2 beds for the kids, with a small table and chairs, and a TV with a DVD. The main room has a large kitchen table that can fold into extra sleeping space. The living room area has an electric fireplace with a TV for rainy evenings. The couch also turns into an extra sleeping space. The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer, a stove, oven, and microwave. Large sink with lots of room. All kitchen utensils will be there! There is a 3 piece bathroom in the center of the trailer with a stand-up shower. Outside there are an 18 ft electric awning perfect for shade while you make dinner in the outdoor kitchen with BBQ. Please make sure the awning is closed when not in use. We take great pride in making our customers feel at home and we clean and maintain our trailer to the highest standards. We would appreciate it if you treat our trailer as you would your own. Ready for short- or long-haul trips, or come visit the Town of Erin and stay parked on our property. 32-inch Smart TV, allowing you to cast Netflix and other TV shows from a mobile device, or bring your favourite DVD movies. New tires installed August, 2023. Easy to tow. Suitable for 6 people. (One bunk bed is designed for 150 lbs or less). 2 5/16th hitch ball provided, if needed. Electrical extension is 25 feet. Seven pin connection to vehicle. Please select empty black tank if planning to use, or return empty. Preferred pickup time is 3 pm and drop-off time is 11 am, in case the RV is changing renters on the same day. This allows us time to inspect and clean the RV for our next guest. If the RV is not changing renters on the same day, we are pleased to schedule an early pickup and late drop off time. This should be discussed at time of booking.

Why Bullwinkle? I'm not sure how we came up with the name, but it's BIG and Outdoorsy, so we'll go with it. This is BRAND NEW! It was built in March 2023, and we've only used it for a few days, but we have come to love it. The kitchen is big and easy to work in; an outdoor kitchen has a sink, fridge and BBQ, making cooking a breeze. The main bedroom has a "near" King bed with lots of storage, and the Back Bunk Room has room for many little ones or some big people - it has a full Queen bed plus two bunks. Notice all the storage there, too! The main area has a dining table that comfortably fits 5 or 6 people and turns into a Single Bed, while the Couch folds into a "near" Queen bed. There's also an electric fireplace in the trailer for those chilly nights playing games. You'll be able to have more people in this thing than you would want to spend a week with! 😂 The bathroom is roomy AND has an outside door, making those late-night visits from the fire easier (and quieter). The shower is oversized, too, and the hot water is fantastic! We include pots and pans for cooking, dishes and cutlery for eating and linen for the 'main' beds. All you need to do is pack your food, something to enjoy around the fire and some friends to complete the trip! This is a BIG trailer and one you'll enjoy spending a long weekend or a whole week in, but don't worry about getting it there or hauling it back. We can arrange to drop it and levelled for you, ready to walk in and enjoy your time in the peace and quiet of a family camping trip. 😂
