This is a nice clean trailer, for the hot nights just turn on the air conditioner .The awning is 20 ft long enough for table chairs and still have room. we will deliver it to camp site and set it up if needed. The dinette is in the slide out which makes more room to walk around. equipped with 2 batteries and 2 30 lb propane tanks.
