We clean and sanitize each time before it is rented out. We also include fresh bedding, towels and other linens with your stay. The RV is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, a toaster, outside chairs, fold-up grill, games and so much more. All you really need is clothes and food and youre set to hit the open road. Inside you will find a full kitchen that includes a fridge/freezer, 3 burner stove top, oven, microwave, and a sink. To the right includes a dinette table that seats 4 and can be converted to a sleeper that can sleep 1 adult or a few kids. The dinette table has 2 drink carriers built-in with a 40" TV mounted above. The camper is located just minutes away from the beautiful Lake Martin. The camper was purchased in May 2021. It has a queen bed in the front bedroom, the sofa makes out into a bed, the table makes out into a bed, and there is a set of full size bunks. It has a two door entry, LED interior lighting, and a radio with bluetooth hookup. There are speakers outside of the camper, so the radio can be heard from inside and outside the camper at the same time. Also, the is an exterior mini refrigerator and a griddle. THERE IS TO BE NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN THE CAMPER.
