Just purchased in October of 2023 this is our first Beautiful brand new Dutchman Coleman trailer with many amenities including upgraded LED lights inside as well as plenty of outside lighting, there is one bedroom with a upgraded memory foam firm queen sized mattress, table and seats converts into a bed and the couch also converts into a bed. Two recliners in front of a nice size window. Seats are gray vinyl easy to wipe clean,Beautiful electric fireplace that changes colors, vinyl wood floors, hideaway pantry, plenty storage inside. Stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Linen provided as well. Outside is a shower and two outdoor grills one is to cook on, the other is a small bbq pit. While bbqin, enjoy the speakers and bluetooth feature.

Our RV is a mid range length type RV. Will sleep up to 8 people and sit 9. It’s not too long and not too short. Perfect for a bigger family that wants more room and yet small enough for an easier drive and parking. It’s also great for a couples retreat. The extra space is always welcoming. It has a slide out which is a big bonus. The slide out opens up the interior for added space and comfort. It has a built in generator that starts up at a press of a button inside the cabin. The refrigerator switches between propane or battery so you never have to worry about food going bad. The dinette table and couch both convert to extra beds when needed. We have to say we love how comfortable the trailer really is, comfort is key. Our 2021 Heartland Mallard is sleek and has a modern design with a complete separate door to master bedroom for less disturbance. There is 2 five gallon propane tanks and an easy to clean outdoor mat that provide ground coverage so you can walk around and not be in the dirt. The mat covers from door to door on the trailer. Inside is a very spacious living room with storage space full of pots/pans, a keurig, toaster and more. The kitchen has silverware, a big storage cabinet that we will keep full of spices, paper plates, gallon ziplock bags and napkins. There is 1 - 42” TV along with an adapter for your phone to cast all your favorite movies from your phone to the tv and that is located in the living room. In the bathroom there is storage for your shampoo, body wash, etc behind the mirror and a small cabinet underneath the sink where you will find Clorox wipes. We will provide clean bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and RV approved toilet paper. The bedroom has a brand new memory foam king size mattress, you are guaranteed to sleep like a baby. The bedroom has a mini closet with a sock drawer underneath, 2 mini coat like closets on both sides of the bed and deep storage above the bed as well to store your other belongings. We will provide clean and sanitized bedding along with 2 standard pillows. After every guest we take a UV mattress vacuum and vacuum it to assure our guests it is clean and fresh just for them!!
