It brings a modern home feel to the outdoors. Setting up the trailer is as easy as pushing a button allowing you to spend less time on the trailer and more time making memories on your vacation. From the 21 foot power awning and outdoor kitchen, to the indoor luxury of a home, there’s a space for you to enjoy no matter the mood or the weather. While still having a cozy feel for a couple yet has the space needed for a family gives the trailer a perfect balance of size. It is 33’ 4’’ total length with 6,460 lbs dry weight and 7,600 lbs max gross weight. This means it is towable with a half-ton truck or bigger with the proper towing set up. If you want to have luxury with you while enjoying the outdoors, this is the trailer for your next adventure! What to expect for the reservation process- Please feel free to message us in advance to go over any questions you may have. When submitting a booking request, providing the following information will help us confirm your booking request as quickly as possible: • Please let us know: o Your exact destination and campsite number, if applicable. o Whether you will have water, electric or sewer hookups. o How many people are in your party and if you will be bringing any pets. • Septic empty add on: o If you will not be pumping out the black and gray tanks prior to returning the trailer, please make sure you select the “Empty Septic Prepayment” add on. o This add on is required for all trailer deliveries. o This add on is optional if you are towing the trailer whether you want to pump out or have us do it. • Delivery add on: o Please provide your acceptable delivery drop off and pick time frames (preferably at least a 2 hour window) so we can ensure this will work for both parties. o Please be aware that the delivery charge is subject to our approval. We will map your destination from our house to confirm the correct delivery add on charge has been selected. o If the distance is over 60 miles we will consider upon request and provide a customized quote. o Delivery details will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties prior to booking confirmation. • Towing: o Adjustable tow hitch add on is required if you are towing, unless your hitch height allows for a level ride. • Other common add-ons to consider: o Generator (see “Power” section details below to help you decide) o Bedding and linens (see “Bedding and linens” section details below to help you decide) Getting into the details- Delivery: Includes drop off and pick up of the trailer, full set up (and hook up, if applicable) and a walkthrough of the trailer prior to handing over the keys. It takes about 30 minutes to park and set the trailer up and the walkthrough can be anywhere from 5 – 15 minutes depending on how many questions you have. We provide 2 5-gallon water jugs located in the garage area for convenience. o If your campsite does not have sewer hookups you will need to be conservative with water use, as the gray tanks will fill up. For anything a week or less the black tank should typically have sufficient capacity. Power o If your campsite has electric hookups, then you are good to go! We will provide power cords to hook up to a 30- or 50-AMP service (most common). o If your campsite does not have electric hookups:  The battery/propane set up can sufficiently run almost everything including electrical outlets, furnace and fridge. The battery/propane set up will NOT run the air conditioner, microwave or electric fireplace. • Note: the trailer will need to be parked in an area with sun so the solar can recharge the batteries throughout your stay.  If you will not be in a sunny area or want to run the air conditioner, microwave or electric fireplace you will need a generator. • We offer our generator for rent as an add on option for $100 per trip o Generator is provided with a full tank of gas (2.3 gallons). You are responsible for any additional gas needed during your stay (returning with an empty tank is fine). o The generator with full tank has a run time of up to 14 hours depending on your electricity draw. While unwinding, you can make use of our TV with HDMI and cable connections, but please note, the antenna reception may be limited in rural areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove top, microwave, sink, and fridge, making meal preparation a breeze. For your convenience, we provide a coffee pot and a toaster oven. We take care of your essentials, ensuring a bathroom is available for your comfort during your trip. To enhance your experience, we've stocked the kitchen with basics and added family board games for some quality bonding time. You'll also find cleaning supplies, trash bags, hand towels, and cozy sheets with comforters for each bed (please bring your own pillows). If you prefer, we offer local delivery for a small additional fee. This trailer sleeps 4 via the rear popout bed,transforming dinette bed,and the folding couch wich are all very comfortable options I might add. Inside we have a 2 burner stove, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, sink,shower,toilet,and surround sound indoor and outdoor radio with aux capabilities!! This trailer also has great heat and air-conditioning!! Trailer comes equipped with plates,cups,bowls,and silverware,as well as towels and hand cloths. This trailer can be used for dry camping or rv campground stays. Note the rv must be plugged in to a generator or shore power to use A/C and microwave. Generator not included at this time. vechicle must have a tow capacity minimum or 4000 lbs to rent our trailer.
