Our modern luxury rig is perfect for the fun, family adventure- all in the comfort of a house on wheels. Our RV is just off of Interstate 8, a prime location for picking up and hitting the road. We offer free renter parking on site upon request! Whether it’s going to the beach, river, mountains, desert, our RV can do it all in comfort and luxury with leather captains chairs, 3 TV’s, 6 sleeping locations, and other premium features. With cameras on both power mirrors and a rear view camera, electric seats, cruise control, auto-leveling, and other drivers aids, this house on wheels drives easier than most small rigs out there. We want to ensure you get the same amazing experiences we do, by making sure you’re equipped with everything you need for a confident, safe, successful, and fun trip. WHATS INCLUDED Our RV has enough room to comfortably sleep 8 adults, and up to 10 if some are kids. Sleeping locations include an overhead bed above the cab, fold-out couch, convertible dinette, and 2 bunk beds. A bedroom in the back houses a queen bed, night stands with storage, closet, bathroom access, and TONS of cabinet space. Onboard dual AC’s and heater keeps the entire space to temperature with ease no matter what the weather is outside. A residential size fridge, gas burner/induction combo stove, and convection oven wrap up the kitchen. An 800watt solar system keeps things charged up during the day, and a 3000w inverter keeps you from needing to use the generator for larger appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, bowls, cups, plates, and all the utensils you can think of. While you’ll need to bring your own food- we’ve supplied you with a French press coffee maker and the basic spices you may want for a tasty meal. Upon request, we provide the master bed, bunks, and above cab sleeping areas, with fresh linens and comfy pillows. There’s also bath towels and a few small travel toiletries for your stay! We offer a heavy duty folding canopy, campsite collapsible trash cans, and a large 8'X20' rug for under the awning also available to add on. Want to rinse off after an outing at the beach before heading in? Spray down with our warm outside shower! For those with young children, we have bunk net guards for all bunks and overhead beds. OTHER DETAILS All of the supplied linens and anything else provided by us is OF COURTESY. If you wish to not use our linens or anything else provided by us, please let us know before your trip starts so we can remove them before your trip, and get you on the road as fast as possible! FESTIVALS/EVENTS? We welcome our RV at regional festivals and events! Please select applicable add-on for updated rates when booking for a festival. PLEASE DO NOT: -NO smoking or vaping in the coach. If any evidence of such is found (including the green stuff!) You will lose your entire deposit for the rental. -Please, stay off the rear exterior ladder. -Do not flush anything down the toilets other than RV toilet paper. ONE WAY TRIPS? -One way trips are subject to our availability. All extra costs incurred by us to deliver and return the RV are to be covered by the renter. We will ALLWAYS try to make your trip work! Distance after that is $3 per mile and subject to our availability. PICK UP/DELIVERY/DROP OFF TIMES? -Standard weekday pickup time is 5pm and drop-off time is 3:30pm. Early pickup/dropoff may incur an additional fee. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO UPON RETURN? -Have all grey and black water tanks emptied before return. -$75 charge per tank may be applied if you do not have empty gray and black water tanks. -If you are having us empty the tanks, They SHOULD NOT BE OVER CAPACITY, YOU WILL COMPROMISE OUR RIG AND COULD BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGE. -Fresh water tank does NOT need to be full upon return, however it CANNOT return completely empty. -Gas tank will be full when handed over, please return with the same or you will be charged the amount to fill plus $100. -Remove all trash you accumulated -Put used linens in laundry basket -Dishes cleaned OTHER THINGS ABOUT OUR RV: If towing a trailer is requested, advance notice of at least 7 days is required. If RV is returned later than 1hr passed agreed upon dropoff time, an additional hourly charge may be applied at our discretion. Our RV is equipped with a GPS tracker. Any renter found to have tampered with the unit, or traveled to an undisclosed event/festival/location will be subject to forfeit of up to their entire deposit. Renters are required to read and sign our SRA (supplemental rental agreement). This will be sent to all renters prior to key exchange.

Great family trailer for weekends at the beach or the mountains. Light weight and easy to tow on long road trips. Spend the evenings BBQ and cooking on the outdoor stove while listening to nature or playing games with the family. Trailer has two rooms master in the front (Queen Bed). Rear room has bunk beds, table and couch makes into beds also. Trailer could sleep 10 if you have smaller kids doubling up on couch bed and table. Trailer has Cookware, plates, bowls, cups & Keurig along with some other utensils needed for cooking. Bring your family, bedding, towels and enjoy your adventure. Trailer delivery is available, included with the delivery is the set up. Show up and enjoy your trip without having to worry about setting up and taking down a trailer. We bought this trailer in July of 2020. The best part of this RV are the big windows all over specially the rear window. Very bright and airy! Windows are perfect for beach camping or any other camping so you can view the beautiful surroundings. I replaced the bedroom mattress with a queen size comfy mattress so you can have a good night sleep. We also enjoy the huge bathroom, most RVs have super small bathrooms which present all kinds of issues. Fully stocked --Includes linens, kitchenware, cookware and towels. We also have a super quiet generator if needed. I will deliver and Set-up for you (I actually enjoy this part). Super cool looking with the black, gray and silver combo. I love this trailer!

This beautiful camper is our new to us family camper and we want to share it with you! Appropriately named, by our son, The Megalodon! This Mega sized camper has plenty of room for all. After years of renting campers we decided to purchase our own camper and share it with others. With a full queen bed, bunk beds, a small sofa that converts to a bed AND table that convert easily to bed, you can take the whole family camping! (Camper specs says sleeps 10 but we think 8 would be a tight fit) Cozy up to the fireplace and make a nice dinner with the full kitchen. Bring your furry friend and be sure they are secure with the exterior "Leash Latch". Get the kids off screens and outside to explore, as there are no TV’s. Make s’mores over your campsite fire and listen to your favorite tunes with the outdoor speakers. Additional features include: 2 exterior hand held showers with hot and cold water, a large awning that features a exterior blue light to reduce attracting bugs, fun interior blue light trim, exterior refrigerator and so many more items! A 30amp service allows you to plug in at the campsite and not have to worry about a thing! There is a solar panel but it is not capable of running much more than the lights for a day, so hookups or a generator are needed. If you are camping without hookups, the generator will be required and included at $25/day. This camper is just over a year old and like new. It has so many luxury items to make your camping experience wonderful! The camper is modestly stocked with plates/cups/utensils and cookware such as pots and pans. Sheets are on the bunks and queen bed. We have included exterior mats and entry floor mats to help keep the place clean, hand towels, cleaning items and RV toilet paper. *ONLY flush the RV toilet paper provided and human waste - NO paper or wipes of any kind, or fees apply!! We love camping in Julian when it's not freezing, or going to Agua Caliente to relax with no service and natural hot springs, or even just the local beach, KOA or Lake Jennings! Length is just over 31' and GVW is 7,799 lbs., so you do want to make sure your campsite will accommodate the length and a slide out. We do require an adequate vehicle and experience to tow. It will come with the weight distribution and anti-sway bars but you must have a brake controller. Or if you don’t want to worry about towing it, leave it to us to do it for you! We can tow within a 30 mile radius for $150. If you would like it towed further, please message for a quote. Please note! You are responsible for confirming your destination allows delivery of a camper! Not all places do, such at Santee Lakes and State Beach Campgrounds from what we have been told. It is your responsibility to make sure your campground will have appropriate hookups (30amp electrical, water & sewer), or make other arrangements in advance. If you do not have sewer hookups and any of the tanks are over full on return, there will be an additional $150 fee. Pets are welcome with approval, but please be mindful of the leather couch! No smoking! Festivals with prior permission only! This is our personal camper and may have some personal items in it such as spices or other food items in the pantry. You are free to use anything in the camper, we just ask that you please take care of the camper as if it were your own and return it as clean as you received it. Please be sure to remove all trash, dump the tanks if applicable, sweep or vacuum the floors, mop if necessary, clean and put away any dishes, and wipe down surfaces before returning. Don’t forget to wipe out the refrigerator, microwave and stove if used! All cleaning items are included in the camper. If it is returned dirty, a cleaning charge of $175 will apply. If you need to have the tanks dumped after your rental with delivery, please let us know in advance and we will do it for you for $50. *If the camper is returned with tanks not dumped, and without arranging in advance, there will be a charge. It you ever notice something that needs to be taken care of or replenished, please let us know! Please keep in mind that we are not a large RV rental company, we are just a family sharing our camper with you for your enjoyment. :)
