It has a great floor plan with large windows to see everything, a slide-out for extra room, and can sleep up to 8 people. There is plenty of storage inside and outside the RV. The RV has a flat-screen tv in the bedroom with a soft queen size bed. The overhead bed also has a flat-screen tv with a dvd player perfect for kids to watch a movie or play and have their own space. The sofa and kitchen table folds down to make beds as well. We provide basic items to use in the RV for the kitchen and all beds. Stored in the room above the bed are sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. This is a non-smoking RV rental with no exceptions. The RV must be returned with the same amount of gas picked up with. There is a cleaning fee for the inside and outside preparation. There will also be a fee if the grey and black tanks are not completely emptied upon drop off. We do not accept rentals for Burning Man festival.

My motorhome is very easy to drive and park its back camera very easy to use very nice stereo system for the driver and rear for the gests. Although like with any large vehicle when turning in tight spots always have a spotter to prevent damage to the rear of the vehicle due to its long wheelbase. There's no limit to the generator use it runs on the same gas tank the motorhome runs on. The 100w solar panel keeps the battery at optimum charge. The AC unit works and so does the heater, microwave and stove.
