Our RV is very enjoyable to drive. Make your time on the road easier with the stereo, back up camera, and comfortable leather seats. The back bedroom has a slide out with a queen bed and memory foam topper. Plenty of closet space and storage for your belongings. The bathroom is very spacious with a shower and more storage cabinets. The door opens to both the bedroom and hallway for both guests privacy. Our most favorite part of the RV is the hallway which has two tall windows to provide lots of sunlight. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. It has plenty of storage, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. We also fully stock the RV with pots, pans, plates, bowls, and utentils to make your packing easier. Our RV can sleep up to 6 .One queen bed in back bedroom, One queen sized bed with a privacy curtain above the cab, the dining table turns into a bed, as well as the couch, are great for the kids or one adult .2 queen beds perfect for kids or adults. The RV is also equipped with a 32” smart tv and dvd player that can be moved anywhere around the RV, an outside awning for shade during those hot, sunny hours and a propane firepit with 2 chairs and a side table for the cooler evenings and a gas bbq. Our RV is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and comes with amenities such as cookware, linen, toiletries, snacks, 14” portable charcoal grill, camping chairs, 32” TV, 6’ folding table, and more. This RV has a 80” queen size bed with a new mattress and cover that prevents bedbugs and other microorganisms, a U-shaped dining area that breaks down into a sleeper for maybe one adult or two small sized individuals, and a bunk over the cab for two people, provided that the weight doesn’t exceed 350 lbs. This trailer is a one of a kind custom built adventure trailer. It can go almost anywhere you can tow it. This is one of the only tiny trailers that has a bathroom in it and is fully loaded with everything you can imagine. This trailer can be towed with almost any vehicle. It only weighs 1200 pounds.
I have dealt with RVs for 15 years and have learned many valuable lessons. The three important things about a RV are: the dimensions, the number of fresh water tanks, and the number of beds it has. Many national parks have narrow roads and the small parking lots prohibit any vehicles more than 25 feet to park or drive through. My RV is precisely 24.83 feet, meaning it’s suitable for most national parks. Most RVs’ water tanks hold around 20-25 gallons of fresh water, but my RV holds 50 gallons. It’s perfect for dry camping. Before every trip, I always make sure the water is fresh and new. My RV has 3 beds - one wide king size, one queen size, and one twin size. It also has 4 different kinds of power - engine, propane, generator, electric inside. Fourteen years ago, I rented a 30-feet RV from a rental company for the first time. The minimum amount of time you can rent it for was three days, which meant that if you rented it for less than three days, you would be charged for the three-day price. We ended up driving the RV to Santa Barbara. The rental taught us only five minutes long. It was overly complicated and full of jargon. I was very confused. The RV itself was also unclean, with a lot of dust collecting in the corners. It also had a strong odor. The RV had been driven more than 90,000 miles. On top of that, the length of the RV made driving it noisy and echo. The contract stipulated that the RV had to be picked up by 3PM and returned by 10AM after three days. We started our trip in Santa Barbara by cooking a meal on the beach, and also ran the engine for a while. We then drove to the camping ground, connected with the free water, electricity, and sewage. However, the overall experience was very negative. It was smelly and too cold to even sleep through the night. We ended up cutting our trip short, returning the RV the next morning. Because of a traffic jam, we were charged for an addition $100 for being late for 10 minutes. With the various bills pilling up, we felt like the overall experience was unsatisfying. So then we decided to purchase RV ourselves, and also use this experience to share our story with everyone! 1.My RV must be clean at all times and must meet the five-star hotel requirements. The essence of RV travel is comfort and experience, and thus maintaining a clean and comfortable environment is the basic requirement. 2.The RV must be kept in its best condition. The tires should be replaced constantly, and sometimes replacing the motor oil is also necessary before a long-term booking. A thorough inspection must be done before every single rental booking. This is because we believe that traveling is all about leisure, and any potential breakdown during the trip can easily ruin the mood. 3.RV is a hybrid between a house and a car, which means that a proper and detailed explanation of RV usage is needed for all customers. We think in the perspective of a guest who knows nothing about RVs, and thus aims to explain until our guests are familiar with all the functions. It is also easier to explain before one heads on the road. 4.All charges must be clear and transparent. Small things like the GPS, the utensils, gloves, flashlights, DVDs, and chairs are all free for use. Any charge over $50 must be clearly explained, and make sure the guest signs a confirmation. we have a clear listing for each charge, any changes will be signed to confirm before the start of the trip. No extra charges will be charged without confirmation beforehand. 5.Renting a RV is like booking a hotel room. The standard policy is to check in at 3PM and check out by 11AM. However, if there is no other booking at the same day, we will allow guests to either pick-up earlier or return later. No extra fee because of a traffic jam. We want to keep the return period relatively flexible, so that the guests don’t feel rushed. 6.We place ourselves in the shoes of guests as if we are the travelers, and thus prepare the things that guests may need in an emergency such as first aid kit, tool boxes, flashlight, and others. Just in case for everything. 7.Remember to prepare warm quilts and covers roofs for overnight stays. It is easy to find shade but its harder to stay warm when the temperature drops. For any booking longer than 5 days, we will prepare an extra high-quality bedding set. We even spent $700 to buy a best Dyson for heating and cooling. In winter, we even prepare 6 ways to keep very warm on the RV. 8.We won’t charge for any minor damages under $30, including broken keys and scratches… 9.Something that is interesting is that many US national parks have narrow roads. For example, even the Doheny Parking at Capistrano Beach prohibits any vehicle over 25-feet to park. The manufacturers have been refining RVs for decades, especially with this Thor Four Winds 23U RV being set at a size of 24.83 feet to be suitable for all conditions. The most important thing about RV travel is to be happy. We will try our best to meet our customers’ needs, save them from unnecessary worries and concerns. And make sure all charges are transparent and communicated beforehand. This is a perfect RV, our family loves it, we have six people, it has brought us a lot of fun!
