Free Bird is a beautiful and comfortable toy hauler that can sleep up to 6 (4 adults comfortably)! There is a King bed in the back, queen bed in the front, and a U-shaped dinette that folds down into a day bed- perfect for two younger kids. Toy haulers are perfect for destinations where you want a home base, and be able to go out and explore the area. We set it up and it stays that way while you hop from place to place exploring nature, and come back to relax in the luxury of the Free Bird! It has a slide out which makes tons of room on the inside to be comfortable in the living area. Comfort is our motto! We have a brand new King mattress in the primary room. It also has AC, heat, a shower, bathroom, dinette, sink, fridge, microwave (convection oven), water heater, stove burners, and an electric awning. Our number one concern is that you have a great time without all the hassle of vacationing. Free Bird is fully stocked with everything you need. There's plenty of room to kick your feet up, and watch t.v. for chill time. We provide bedding and toiletries so you don't have to worry about it. The only thing you need to bring is the food, drinks, and personal items! Pets are welcome also! We have three dogs and love to travel with them. When you rent the Free Bird, there is a $50 non refundable pet fee. This is to make sure that pet owners understand pets do crazy things in new places just in case of an accident, and cleaning for the next guest. Don't worry about cleaning, or dumping the stinky water, either. No one has time for that- so we've got you! We sanitize everything, not just the high touch areas! This RV is perfect for a fun week with the family or a relaxing getaway with your person! We all need to unplug for a bit and just chill sometimes! **IMPORTANT INFORMATION** You have to book your campsite yourself and make sure that it will accommodate the size and slide outs of the RV.

The master suite has a queen size bed with separate TV and privacy sliding door. The sofa converts to a full-size bed and there's also a bunk above the driver and passenger. You can share good dinners together in its dinette that can also serve as a bed for 1 which means you have plenty of space for that family vacation. Our daughter named our 26 ft camper Sunshine because even on rainy days camping it makes us happy! There is a lot of space and comfort in this 26 ft camper. It has the ability to sleep 8! First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. Absolutely no smoking/vaping/incense of any substance or kind allowed. Any smell of such in the RV will result in the entire damage deposit being forfeited to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. Evidence of any pets/urine in the RV will result in forfeiture of entire damage deposit too. No more than 10 people may stay in the RV. Normally we provide pillows, pillowcases, sheets, towels, washcloths, dish rags, etc. Because of Covid-19, we will NO LONGER be doing so until further notice. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish sponge, one paper towel roll and 2 rolls toilet paper. If your towing or driving the RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. We will do a septic and tank flush on return. A 30 minute disinfectant cleaning is included in your prep fee. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fee's apply. Renters must purchase an insurance coverage option with their reservation.

It has been recently renovated in a beautiful farmhouse style, so it is very cozy and relaxing after a long day on the lake or the trails. The queen and full beds are very comfortable with memory foam toppers, and the air conditioning is ice cold. You can also relax near the fire in the two camping chairs or hammocks we provide. We are currently a Delivery Only rental. We delivery and setup everything, all you have to do is show up and have fun!
