The mattresses have protective liners installed. The camper is cleaned and sanitized before every use. The renter is responsible for returning it clean and on time. Excessive dirt or mud is subject to additional charges. Grey and Black tanks must be emptied prior to return or subject to an additional fee. Pick up and Drop off can be flexible with prior communication subject to availability. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside of unit. Evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. Pick up and start camping! Everything you need to begin your adventure is included except for your food. No need to bring linens, cooking utensils, tableware, chairs and almost anything else you may need. This motorhome is perfect for going on a trip with your family or as a couple and live full of adventures! The bed over the cab can accommodate your young children or teenagers. You can share good dinners together in its dinette or with the outdoor kitchen. The dinette can also serve as a bed for 1 or 2 more places at night. There is even a huge cargo carrier on the rear of the unit to accommodate most anything additional that you might want to bring with you. Check us out. We provide the personal touch with your rental. It takes about 2 hours to review the workings of the RV prior to release. Amenities include: Pots, Pans, and Cutlery as well as linens for the Queen bed. There is a large outdoor carpet and 2 folding lawn chairs with carry bags. A small outdoor folding table is also available for holding your drinks and small plates.

Hi and thank you for looking at my favorite Class B RV. Her name is Ellie Mae, taking the name of my lovely Pug. This is a 2019 Winnebago Era 70B. This beautiful ride has much to offer. She rides 6, sleeps 2. She is ready to drive south because of the cold! Ellie Mae has everything that keeps us comfortable. We do allow pets for a fee. We love dogs but we keep the RV clean. Our pugs travel in onesies to minimize the shedding in the van. The van is cleaned and sanitized after each and every drive, whether its rented or its the pugs out on a joy ride. We ask that you take care with the pets in the RV. With this RV being pet friendly we do advise if you have serious pet allergies that this may not be the RV for you. I ask for a minimum rental of 2 days. This RV has so much to offer and its amazing. Whatever type of road trip you are taking, Ellie Mae is in! Sleeps 5-6 people, one regular Queen bed, living space is transformative into the second queen bed, plus two bunk beds and bathroom! Basic dishes, bed sheets, towels, and beach towels are included! Full kitchen, dishes, necessities! No towing vehicle, no worries we can deliver to your desired location (up to 200 miles) do the full set up then pick up, so everything leaves to us!,( service is an additional charge). Towing your car should be capable of pulling 4500 lbs and be equipped with 7 pin plug in we will provide hitch and sway bars, and show you the hoop up and set up also on the camping site. When you receive your camp side, please note it can accommodate a 20 ft trailer lent with water and an electric hoop up (if no tanks are available). 30 amp service is recommended to get the full capability. We do provide all necessary adapters, hoses, and cables. Deciding to be somewhere where hoop up to electric is not available, we provide additional generators and panels to be connected (please message us for that information). Full propane tanks are included, your decision if you want to refill them and return empty and pay for refiling. Please do consider smoking is not allowed inside. Visitors are welcome but please do not have them to spend the night. We love pets but unfortunately, our policy is not allowing us to have them.
