Nice family camper with plenty of space to hang out if needed. There are 2 bunks, a queen size bed in the front with privacy curtain. Indoor/outdoor stereo/DVD player, 19" TV in the main area, as well as a smaller TV in the top bunk area. There is an outdoor shower as well with both hot and cold water to clean off from the beach. We don't mind guest with pets as long as you respect the space designated for humans such as our bed. We have dogs we take camping but they stay on their bed on the floor and are not allowed on the beds or dinette. Hair and signs of pets on the bed or furniture will result in additional cleaning fees charged to the guests. If this will be an issue for you and you camping experience, this likely is not the camper for you 🙂. Delivery is not required but allowing guest towing will be determined on a case by case basis. Towing experience, location, and equipment used for towing eill be factors in this decision.

Great motorhome for those long family vacations! Has plenty of room for your kids or just to make it comfortable. Don't let the year fool you on the upgrades this motorhome has. All controls can be done via your phone. Not familiar with a camper that is ok, this is an easy camper that you can take to the state campground or to the high end campgrounds and it will fit in. It has touch panels that has videos on how to use items. Automatic leveling jacks and two slide outs. It has 3 tv's . Outdoor speakers, and storage in the rear. It is a gas motorhome so you won't have to worry about smelling diesel. There is a generator that you can run to make sure your trip to Arizona, your AC will be on the whole way and keep you cool. It runs off the gasoline that the motorhome runs off from so no extras to worry about. Outside tv under awning. This motor home is in excellent conditions. Everything works and is ready for the renters. My wife and I are RV experts and we only rent it out if it in perfect working order.

Beautiful, completely refinished camper! Very large, with lots of options for sleeping! This 43ft camper has 4 slide outs, which allows for a ton of space indoors on those rainy days! This camper sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Lay out: As you enter the camper to the left will be the large kitchen and dining room with a full island, stove, microwave, and full size fridge. Just past that is the spacious living room with an entertainment center and fire place. Entertainment center you will find a radio with access to blue tooth for indoor and outdoor speakers! The living room includes a queen size pull out couch. Just off the kitchen is a spare bedroom with a Futon and plenty of closet space! As you head back down the hall past the main door there will be a large loft area for children (or adults if they wish) to sleep! Just past the loft area there is a bathroom with a large shower! Past the bathroom is the master bedroom with a residential king size bed and a full size closet and dresser! The outside offers a full outdoor kitchen which includes a sink, stove top, and mini fridge! What's included ⁃ Full stocked Kitchen with pots, pans, coffee maker, dishes, etc. ⁃ Fresh linens for all beds Other items included: ⁃ 4 camping chairs ⁃ Outdoor rug ⁃ 2 roaster sticks ⁃ Camping table ⁃ Toilet tissue ⁃ 4 bath towels and wash cloths Will deliver and set up and take down. If smoking is suspected $250 fee will be charged.Pets are allowed with an additional fee. Max dogs allowed is 2. $35 fee required per dog for the stay.
