Please make sure all tanks are dumped before returning or an additional charge will be applied. This compact RV can be easily towed with almost any small truck that has a 2” ball. Pets are welcome! We have all the essentials you will need for your trip. The kitchen folds into a bed, sofabed, 2 full size bunks, and a queen bed in the room. We have a single serve coffee pot and other dishware available for your use. There are board games for the whole family to enjoy! About the unit: The Bear’s Den is perfect for couples, a family with kids and/or your favorite furry friends. We have four younger children and it works great for us! It offers a beautiful private rear master bedroom/slide out with plenty of storage, a huge window to absorb some amazing views, queen sized bed, and a smart tv to catch up on your favorite shows on rainy nights. The front area hosts a large U-shaped dinette that folds down to a bed. The living room offers another smart tv, and a fully equipped kitchen area with a sink, two burner cooktop, microwave, and a large refrigerator/freezer. In between the living and bedroom, the bright and airy bathroom offers a shower with skylight, toilet, and sink. Outside, we have a griddle to fry some eggs for breakfast or toss up some hibachi for dinner. The Retreat has a large refrigerator that runs on both propane or electric. For cooking, 3 burner stove with oven for your pizza, and a microwave to warm up the leftovers the next day. The kitchen is also outfitted with everything you need to cook as well as paper plates and towels. For hot drinks, we have a Keurig with a variety of pods from dark roast to hot cocoa. Next, the cozy living room, the entertainment area offers a TV with articulating mount, DVD player, DVD’s, games, and plenty of storage. A fireplace keeps the area both warm and ambient with remote control heat and color changing flames. On the opposite side, a large window sits over a large cabinet that holds your fishing rods and other goodies. In the back of the rig, a large U-Shaped dinette fits the whole crew for a game of cards, and when it’s time to turn in, can become a huge 8 foot wide sleeping area. Above, an 8 foot wide bunk offers more sleeping room. As a mom of four young children, I love this rig because there's tons of floor space to play and plenty of room for a pack and play or two. As a large dog mom too, I love that the dogs have room to sprawl out! I also love that there are no stairs to get in, it lowers right to the ground. The bathroom is outfitted with a cassette toilet that can be used year ‘round (that’s right, no going outside to use the biffy in cold temps boys and girls!) and shower with bathtub (seasonal), perfect for washing off those little ones after a long day of playing hiking outdoors. Okay fisherman, this part is for you! 7 holes, 4 spots for rattle reels and accessories, pole storage, and storage closet. *Please note that we require our renters to do due diligence checking ice conditions and follow all ice safety recommendations, remember, no ice is perfectly safe! In our area, many lakes and resorts are reporting 16-22" of ice.

Our 2024 Forest River Cherokee Grey Wolf has everything you need to camp in comfort, including: a fireplace, blue-tooth sound system, LED interior lights, TV, and a large U-shaped dinette slide-out that provides an open and spacious floor plan to accommodate your group without feeling crowded! The dinette has a large picture window that provides lots of light and a great view. The dinette also converts to a full size bed for additional sleeping space with large, pullout storage drawers beneath. Sleeps 8, with a queen bed in the private bedroom that has overhead storage, mirrored cabinets with hanger poles on both sides, outlets and USB/USB3 ports. On the opposite end, there are double-sized bunks with privacy curtains, each with their own light, window, and USB charging ports. A/C and heat vents inside the bedroom as well as two windows which are also emergency exits, along with a ceiling vent. Bathroom is connected to the master bedroom, but also has a family friendly door as well as a retracting door to close off the Master bedroom. A spacious shower with a sky light for extra light, a mat so no one slips and a removable shower nozzle for your little ones. The bathroom comes stocked with towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, hand soap, as well as a first-aid kit- which hopefully you won't need, but is there if an injuries arise. Back bedroom is spacious with three beds and a couch that pulls out into a bed- also has storage space underneath. Plenty of closet and storage place for clothing, books, movies and gaming for those rainy days. Three windows- two of which are emergency exits, a ceiling vent as well as A/C and heat vents. The living room area has two reclining chairs equipped with heating and massaging while you watch your favorite movie on the big screen tv. If those heated seats don't warm you up fast enough enjoy the warmth from the fireplace- and choose your favorite color flames. Above the tv the radio plays music in and outside of the camper and also works as the DVD player. The camper does have light switches throughout, but you can also use the touchscreen for lights, check the battery, turn the water pump on and off, turn on the water heater, check the fresh water tank and the grey tank. You can also bring the slides in and out as well as the two awnings on the outside of the camper. On the outside of the camper enjoy the grill/griddle area with a small refrigerator, along with your two awnings, light strip and outside speakers. Make leveling less stressful with the automatic leveling system, literally by the push of a button. The hitch is also automatic making transportation a breeze. Setting up the camper and putting it back together again is so simple, all by the push of a button.
