What’s included with your rental: -Starter kit: 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll, 2 trash bags, 1 hand soap -Cleaning supplies: sanitation wipes, dust buster, broom/pan -Outdoor rug - 6 camping chairs - Keurig - kitchen basics - cleaning/prep fee ($150) charged at time of booking: includes preparing the rental unit by sanitizing interior and cleaning exterior, full propane tank, starter kit of supplies. *it is the renters responsibility to make sure RV is returned reasonably clean. If an excessive amount of dirt, food, unkept appliances etc is found there will be an additional charge of $100. *Full fuel tank is provided at pick up, if not discussed prior to returning, and fuel is not returned full- a fee of 20% premium of current fuel rates will be added. * Dumping Fee-If not previously agreed upon, and the tanks are not emptied upon return, a fee of $150 will be added. Supplemental rental agreement (SRA) document must be signed after booking reservation confirmed.
