This is a very large and heavy camper (40')so it is available for delivery only. I will deliver and set it up at your campground or requested location. When making your reservation at the campground ensure they know it is 40' long with slideouts on both sides and requires 50 amp power. I will deliver/pickup to any campgrounds within 150 miles of Kingston TN. The delivery charge is $150.00 minimum for first 50 miles and $3.00 per mile after. Cozy and luxurious camper! Living Room, Kitchen and Bedroom all have slideouts. Bathroom will have 6 bath towels, wash clothes, hand towels and 4 Beach Towels. All requested beds will come with pillows and linens but we ask that you please bring a sleeping bag if you plan on using the loft bed. This fifth wheel toy hauler also is equipped with on-board 5200 watt generator and 60 gal fuel tank with pump for all your motorized toys. I can also include a gas grill/griddle combo for $50.

We love our coffee and thought you might too, so there will be a keurig there stocked with some of our favorite k cups!!! There is also an outdoor kitchen for those that like to be outdoors as much as possible. The middle of the camper has a kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, stove, full sink and microwave) sofa bed and dining table that transforms into a bed. There is a bathroom with a shower for convenience as well. This camper can fit 7 people. On rainy days enjoy indoor card/board games or watching television with a television located in the bunk room, living room/bedroom (TV flips to either room you would like it to be in). ***bookings and longer terms can also be discounted*** Fresh sanitized linens (please let us know if you will be using the sofa sleeper or dining table bed), towels, wash cloths, cups, coffee cups, plates, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, Marshmallow sticks, lighter, can opener, wine opener, beer bottle opener, coffee pot, pots and pans are supplied. No matter where you cook your food, you can enjoy it seated at the u shaped dinette table or outside under the awning. When the day is done and you are ready for bed, you will rest easy in the queen bed in the master bedroom. The rest of your crew has their own sleeping quarters.
