When you go to let the slide out you MUST have someone hold the other door shut. There right drawer under the kitchen table bench has come unglued so it may be popped off after opening the slide - just push it back against the wall and it’ll be fine. We do NOT allow animals of any kind or smoking of ANY KIND inside the RV. If you choose to smoke outside - please do it away from any open doors and windows. You will be charged extra if you take any items, damage the RV in anyway, or break the rules listed above. If you book the RV with only 1-2 days notice we will charge a Rush fee of $50.

This RV has a separate bedroom queen 👑 sleeper with curtains! It has a shower 🚿 and complete bathroom 🚽 There is a pop out and couch/lounge that converts into a bed! The dinning area converts to a small size bed 🛏! There’s no electric heater in a fan! There are two bag chairs to fold out. There are pots and pans available! There is a small tent and blowup mattress there is also a pavilion tent to put up and down temporarily 10 x 10 size! There is a table available if needed.

The RV has a built-in Bluetooth indoor+outdoor sound system for turning up the Jams! The RV has a rooftop A/C WITH ducting + vents throughout the trailer. For heating, a furnace. Outdoor shower, Electric stabilizer jacks, wheels chocks, and leveling blocks are included! If you are in a location that does not have an electrical hookup or have a generator, the RV has a built in power inverter with deep cycle marine battery that can last up to 24 hrs (depending on usage) before having to be recharged. all you have to do is plug in the 7 pin round connector to your vehicle and it will recharge the battery. The Rv will also include 6+ Comfy camping chairs, outdoor rug, outdoor folding table, indoor and outdoor games (i.e. cornhole, horseshoes, Uno, Scrabble, battleships and more ). We also have several other camping equipment available for an additional rental fee! Such as a large 10 person tent, 4 person tent, sleeping bags, air mattresses, camping gas stove with cast iron skillets. Absolutely NO PETS OR SMOKING INSIDE. We are flexible with pickup and delivery times as we both own businesses, so can schedule pickup/deliver whenever is best for you!!!
