Rental comes with queen bed linen, throw pillows, towels, cooking equipment/utensils, plates, cups, coffee mugs(4), coffee maker, microwave, etc. This is a fantastic new trailer with all the bells and whistles. Easy to pull and easy to set up. Very cute, modern interior with comfortable amenities such as murphy bed(Linen included for queen size bed) and reclining couch facing the TV. Nice interior kitchen in addition to outdoor cook top, sink, and fridge! It also has a lovely walk in shower and outdoor shower. Oversized bunks and convertible kitchen table to additional bed(Linen included). Trailer is advertized as fitting 8 people tight and if children sleep on the table/convertible bed. This trailer has the Infinity Package which includes many upgrades, including black out shades, power awning with LEDs, TV, Sterio, and kitchen appliances. Again, extremely easy to set up with electric jack and stabilizers. Rental also includes towing stabilizer if desired. Will help hook up to vehicle. We are also happy to deliver. Delivery includes fuel, travel time, set-up, a complete walk through of trailer and haul off. Great for anyone wanting to go camping, but don't want to go through the hassle of hauling, setting up, or cleaning of the septic tank. Glamping at its finest! We will include firewood if you would like and if it is permitted at your campsite/park. 2018 Forrest river toy hauler, perfect for a family vacation. Sleeps 8 adults or 8-10 kids (depends on age/size) and two adults. Has one full bathroom and a half bath in the garage section, which has a fold down ramp that doubles as a porch with safety railing around it. The central HEAT does not work but has heaters equipped in each room. Both awnings have wind damage therefore do not function. Feel free to send a msg with any questions or concerns.

Our 2022 Forest River Salem FSX was acquired in March of 2022. It sleeps 8 and is very comfortable inside with the slide out dining area. This expands the entire living area. The Bunks have windows and USB ports. The shower is big and so is the Refrigerator/Freezer. Blue Tooth speakers are included and TV with the 360-degree antennae. Indoor kitchen with stove and microwave. Outdoor kitchen with gas griddle and refrigerator. Camper comes fully stocked with Bed linens, sheets, comforters and pillows. Bath is stocked with towels and tank needs. Kitchen will have plates, paper towels, utensils, cookware, dish soap, some condiments, coffee pot, filters, coffee and cups. Snacks and bottled water will be included. It always comes full of propane and with empty storage tanks. All hoses, cords, plugs and adapters are included. Cordless power drill will make leveling jack placement a breeze. You could rent it on our country big sky pad with pond view, electricity and fresh water. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV, any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" cleaning fee. This allows for ozone treatment. 2. All “optional fees” are optional unless task is not done prior to return. RV should be returned in the same condition as it was at the time it was rented out i.e. full gas tank, full propane, grey and black tank emptied and flushed out. 3. No off road travels or out of country locations permitted. 4. No walking, sitting, standing, or lounging on top of the roof. 5. NO-Pets allowed, any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" fee. 6. ONLY use biodegradable, RV and marine type bath tissue that we supply or that you have. 7. Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathroom, bathroom doors, master bedroom door, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion. 8. Refuel Policy: RV should be returned with (at least) the same amount of gas provided at pick up, or renters will be subject to $50 refuel fee plus actual fuel cost. 9. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black (septic) tanks before returning RV to owner. Failure to do so will result in a $199 dumping fee. Empty Black first, then Grey, then flush out tanks. 10. Towing Policy: Please let us know in advance if you plan to tow anything behind the RV during the rental period. You must bring your own flat-towing equipment and tow weight must not exceed 5,000 lbs. Renter must bring all other compatible equipment to tow their personal vehicle and it is required that you have a braking system installed in your towed vehicle. We keep the hitches locked at all times to prevent misuse. We charge a flat $200 tow fee. 11. Appliances: The A/C, slide-out(s), generator, awning, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, NO compensation will be made to you. For assistance, you are advised to consult the informational material in the RV or contact us. 12. RV Content: Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, inventory items, and any optional items requested in this rental agreement. When renters are away from RV, all doors including undercarriage should remain locked to prevent theft and overhead vents in bathroom and hallway should be closed to prevent water damage in the event of rain. Awning should not be opened during strong winds or while away from RV to prevent damage. If any inventory items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion. 13. There will be no refunds for early returns. Please inform us in advance if you plan to return early or if you are running late. Any drop-off after 11am CST will result in additional charges per number 15 below. It is inadequate to perform drop-off inspections in the dark as it does not allow for a proper visual inspection. Please plan your travel accordingly to meet pick-up and drop-off times. 14. Extending Rental Dates. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement to ensure that all rentals costs and rental dates are correct. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must call us for approval. If you do not return at the scheduled drop-off time on the scheduled Rental Period End Date and you have not called us for approval to extend the rental period, you will be charged additional rental day(s), and any inconvenience fees incurred by the next renter. Please remember that our units are usually booked by other families picking up as quickly as the next day. 15. Late fee of $125 for up to 5pm on scheduled return day. Returns after 5pm will be an additional night’s charge in addition to the $125 late fee. All late returns are subject to owner availability. 16. By taking possession of this rental you agree that you were given the full walk-through of the RV and have found that everything with the vehicle is found to be acceptable, is as advertised, and in proper working order. You also agree that the services you purchased are considered rendered upon your pre-departure inspection of the vehicle, signing of this contract, and leaving with the vehicle to start your reserved rental dates.
