Take our brand new 2022 Champion Hitch 17 BHS out for an adventure! Our camper sleeps 5 comfortably between the queen bed, bunks and dinette, though depending on the age your kids you could sleep more if needed. Due to the size and weight of this travel trailer it is half-ton towable. (We tow it with a 2016 Ford Transit) You will need a 7 way plug and receiver hitch. A trailer brake controller is required, if you do not have one we can provide a bluetooth controller for an additional fee. We will go over everything with you so that you have a working knowledge of the trailer, and we will be available by phone to answer any questions that you may have on your journey. **DELIVERY** We will happily deliver to Xtreme Offroad Park and Beach in Crosby Tx for an additional fee. Outside of this please ask about delivery. We will accommodate where we can. If you choose to have the camper delivered, we will set it up as well as empty the tanks for no additional cost! In general if you work with us, we will work with you! We keep the camper stocked with the essentials, Pillows/Pillowcases, sheet, and blanket for each bed including the dinette. However, I'll set up the unit to run the hot water off electric and you more than likely are not going to need heat since you'll have plenty of that naturally. If you are planning on towing yourself, you will need a gooseneck hitch and experience towing a trailer of this size—it's 45 feet long—and at least a one-ton truck. PETS We love pets but please we ask you follow these rules. A maximum of 2 dogs, under 40 lbs. Dogs not allowed on furniture. No cats are allowed. We do not require a pet deposit, but if pet hair, pee, poop and or fleas found during the RV's return, a cleaning fee of $75 will be deducted from the security deposit. We ask that you clean the RV free any pet issue. Any damage done will be deducted from your security deposit. However, we hope our guests use good judgment when bringing their animals: - Well-behaved pets with good bathroom manners are more than welcome. - We ask that pets be up-to date on flea and tick prevention. - We expect pets to be cleaned up after outings, such as no wet pets in the RV or dirty pet paws. An outdoor sprayer is available to clean your pet. SMOKING OR VAPING Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. If there is any evidence of smoking, the entire $1,000 refundable security deposit will be forfeited. CLEANING There is a minimum $75 cleaning fee. However, the RV should be returned cleaned, including the toilet, shower, sinks, floor swept, trash removed, and dishes washed. It should be returned the way you received it. Remove all bed linens, including pillow cases, and place them in one area. Once I arrive to pick up the RV, I'll inspect it for cleanliness. If there are any issues, there may be an additional $75 cleaning fee, making your total cleaning fee $150. If I do the delivery and setup, I'll dump tanks. However, if you pull the RV, you must dump the black and gray water tanks. If not there will be a $150 fee. We want you to relax, have fun and enjoy your trip with your family in our RV.
