Here we have a 28 foot keystone Springdale travel trailer. The trailer has been updated throughout with paint, new couch, and moveable dining table. Includes two propane tanks, two batteries, and a tankless water heater. Working sinks in the kitchen and bathroom area, as well as a working shower. Kitchen comes with gas range, stove, and microwave. TVs are included in the main living area, as well as the master bedroom area. All you need to do is long and to your streaming services and watch away. A DVD player is available for you, as well as a good inventory of DVDs for you to enjoy on those days that the weather may not be the greatest. Camper sleeps six with two in the master and four total in the double bunkbeds, seven if you want to put one on the sofa. Working refrigerator, heating and air conditioning. Our family's trailer is a beautiful RV stocked and ready for all your camping needs. This features a queen bed in the master bedroom, separated from the rest of the RV with two sliding pocket doors. The kitchen is fully functional with an oven, range, fridge, freezer, kitchen sink, and tons of storage. The dining area sits on a single slide out that gives the whole trailer a very open feel. 43" tv in dining/living area. Can be flipped into master. Beyond the kitchen lies two full size bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. This trailer has a 44 gallon fresh water tank. The black and grey water tanks are 30 gallons each. The powered awning gives you an extra 20 feet of shade on the hot summer days. And an electric tongue jack makes for a much easier process of hooking and unhooking.We hope that you enjoy our trailer as much as we do. We hope you have the best RV experience. We are always open to answer any questions that you have. What's included Kitchen supplies: Pots, Pans, Dishes, Silverware, Cooking utensils, Trash bags, and Cleaning supplies. Toilet bags are available for dry camping as well. A5. Extra Guest fee: $20/night/ additional guest starting the 6th guest riding the RV. A twin cot bed, mattress and beddings will be provided. Baby under 2 years old does not count towards guest numbers. POST TRIP FEES Any post trip fees incurred, including overages for mileage or generator use, are subject to an administrative fee and any taxes required by law. A6. Dump Fee (optional) $40 each for Grey and/or Black tank disposal. A7. Excessive Clean Up Fee (optional) $100 Be sure to follow our checkout list to avoid this clean up fee. A8. Generator (optional) 4 hours per night generator usage included with rental for free. Excess generator usage is charged at $4.00/hour Note: Every hour the generator is running, you are using about $4 of gasoline. A9 100 miles per day included with your rental. (optional) Excess mileage will be charged at $0.50/mile. A10. Propane usage is charged at $20 per quarter tank usage. You can also stop at a truck's stop (Love's Truck Stop) and fill up propane. B. It is around $20 for 5 gallon tanks and could last a long time. The grill set must be left clean to avoid a $30 grill clean fee. B2. Go Camping with us! Thank you for your inquiry! Our Family RV is new in 2022 ideal for your next vacation! Sleeps 5-6 people, one regular Queen bed, living space is transformative into the second queen bed, plus two bunk beds and bathroom! Basic dishes, bed sheets, towels, and beach towels are included! Full kitchen, dishes, necessities! No towing vehicle, no worries we can deliver to your desired location (up to 200 miles) do the full set up then pick up, so everything leaves to us!,( service is an additional charge). Towing your car should be capable of pulling 4500 lbs and be equipped with 7 pin plug in we will provide hitch and sway bars, and show you the hoop up and set up also on the camping site. When you receive your camp side, please note it can accommodate a 20 ft trailer lent with water and an electric hoop up (if no tanks are available). 30 amp service is recommended to get the full capability. We do provide all necessary adapters, hoses, and cables. Deciding to be somewhere where hoop up to electric is not available, we provide additional generators and panels to be connected (please message us for that information). Full propane tanks are included, your decision if you want to refill them and return empty and pay for refiling. Please do consider smoking is not allowed inside. Visitors are welcome but please do not have them to spend the night. We love pets but unfortunately, our policy is not allowing us to have them. Make sure the trip matches the length of your rental in case you will town and planning to visit more places! We do need to sign the contract for both sides’ protections for the renting!
