Delivery only - no pickup option. Minimum delivery fee is $240.00 up to 100kms, anything over 100kms will be an additional charge of $2.50/km. This 22 foot Prowler will sleep 6 comfortably and 7 if need be. There is a bed in the back with an upper bunk, the table makes into a bed for 2 and the couch also unfolds for 2 more. Comes equipped with a new awning, freshly renovated interior, large fridge with separate freezer, microwave, 4 burner stove, oven, toilet & tub with shower. There are two 100 watt solar panels mounted on the roof to keep the batteries charged for extended off grid camping, along with a 3000 watt inverter. There is usb charging for your phone and devices. The forced air furnace will keep you warm on the chilly nights; all windows have screens. No a/c in this unit. There is an outside quick connect propane line for an outside stove which can be included. We try to equip the unit with what you’ll need for a fun time camping, including wiener sticks, folding table for outside use, outdoor RV mat, & other necessities. We have a 2100 watt quiet generator that can be included as well. Our unit is pet friendly; no smoking allowed inside the unit. This unit is delivery only. Please take time to read the following as it may help to answer some of your questions prior to booking. My units are delivery only, I do not allow guests to tow my units. I have had several people ask about towing fees as many find it confusing. My towing fee is set at $240 from 0-100kms from my location to your destination point, this includes delivery & pick up, anything over 100kms will be the standard $240 fee plus $2.50/km. So, if your destination point is 150kms from my location for example, the fee will be $240 + $125 (additional 50kms charged @ $2.50/km) = $365 or as calculated by RVezy. This is for delivery & pick up, a one-time fee, you do not pay $365 for delivery & another $365 for pick up. I hope that this helps clarify any questions or concerns. Due to the ever-rising cost of fuel this price may increase accordingly, I will try my best to keep the rate as reasonable as possible. Please ensure when booking to check off septic & propane as there is a fee associated with both. Septic fee is $40 regardless if there is a free dumping site at your facility or not, the fee is charged for the service of the septic system. Propane is required to operate the fridge, stove, BBQ and furnace, there is a $40 fee for propane usage. We offer bedding if required at an additional fee, if you would like us to supply bedding, please indicate for how many beds & if you would like pillows. Should you decide to bring your own bedding that's fine, our main bed will have a fresh mattress pad for you to cover with your own bedding. The microwave, A/C & electrical outlets require shore power or a generator to work, they will not operate with just battery/solar power. I have a generator that may be available upon request, if available the cost is 60$ per trip, the generator will be full of gas, however you'll be required to supply any additional gas that you may need to keep it running for your trip. Please note that my delivery & pick up times are flexible & I ask that you also please be flexible as I'm quite often delivering & picking up two units on the same day at different locations. So far everyone that has rented from me has been excellent to deal with and I do everything possible to arrive on-site at an agreed time.
