Clean & Sanitized Your health and safety are important to us. Before every rental, the RV is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, with extra attention given to high-touch areas such as: Door handles Cabinet knobs Steering wheel Bathroom surfaces Frequently used controls Delivery Available For your convenience, we offer delivery and pickup service within a 50 km radius for an additional fee. Simply select the delivery option when booking or choose it under the Optional Add-Ons section. Travel Recommendations Our location is the perfect starting point for exploring some of Alberta's most beautiful destinations. Popular nearby attractions include: Kananaskis Country (approximately 45 minutes away) Banff National Park Lake Louise Jasper National Park Traveling with children? We highly recommend Dinosaur Provincial Park, where kids can enjoy hiking, climbing, and exploring one of Alberta's most unique landscapes. We can also provide a Kananaskis Conservation Pass for an additional fee. Special Requests Need something that's not listed? Let us know! We'll do our best to accommodate any reasonable requests whenever possible. Rental Policies Pick-Up & Return Pick-up: Anytime after 3:00 PM Return: No later than 11:00 AM Early pick-up or late return may be available upon request and must be arranged in advance. After-hours pick-up or drop-off between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM will incur an additional $100 fee. Safety First For everyone's safety: All passengers must remain seated with seat belts fastened whenever the vehicle is in motion. Climbing onto the roof of the RV is strictly prohibited. House Rules To help keep the RV in excellent condition for all guests: No smoking No vaping No pets No concerts or festivals The RV will be provided clean, fueled, and ready for your trip. Please return it in the same condition. Toilet & Waste System Only RV-approved toilet paper and RV-rated chemicals may be used. We include: RV chemicals One roll of RV toilet paper per rental day Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or any non-RV toilet paper, as they can clog the system and result in costly repairs. Black & Grey Water Tanks Both the black and grey tank indicators must display EMPTY upon return. If the indicators are not empty, we must transport the RV to a dump station, empty the tanks again, and verify the sensors before the next rental. A $150 dumping fee will apply if the indicators do not read empty upon return. Thank you for your understanding. Fuel Policy Please return the RV with the same fuel level as received. If refueling is required, the charge will be: $100 service fee Plus the cost of fuel Mileage Your rental includes 100 km per day. Additional mileage will be charged at $0.35 per kilometre. Late Returns Please return the RV within your scheduled return time. Late returns will incur a fee of $75 per hour (or portion thereof) beyond the agreed return time. Damaged or Missing Items Guests are responsible for any damaged or missing items supplied with the RV. Replacement costs will be charged at current market value.
