Ford Cutaway Class C Motorhome cuts-a-way the stress of your next family escapade. It has all the amenities needed while you travel. It is roomy enough to sit up to nine persons, sleeps 7. It is equipped with 2 TVs, a DVD and a CD player stereo system. We have selected DVDs, kindly leave them for the next family to enjoy. There are some reading materials as well for those lazy evenings.
This motorhome has 2 slides located on the driver side, one in the master bedroom (furnish with queen size bed) and the other on the side of the couch. Couch pulls to sleep 2, dining table converts to bed and a bed above the driving console. It has also wide electric awning on the passenger side of the RV to keep you from the elements while enjoying the outdoor.
Queen size beddings and linens for 4 included. Extra beddings and linens for $30. Kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, incl electric pan, cooking utensils, plates, bowls and cutleries. Four camping chairs included in the rent, extra camping chairs for $10 each per trip. Toaster, rice cooker and electric kettle available for $50 for the entire trip. Portable coal BBQ available for $30 per trip. Charcoal briquettes (7kg) available for $30.
For the SAFETY of our guests, SMOKING is NOT allowed inside the motorhome. Use of tow hitch is NOT recommended due to insurance reasons.
PICK UP & Drop off time is at 11:00am. If you need extra hour to drop off, please call ahead to arrange otherwise there is a fee of $75 for every hour late as the RV needs to be sanitized and ready for the next renter. Preferably NO pickup and drop off on Saturday.
Motorhome must be cleaned in and out before dropping off, $60 cleaning charge for unclean unit. Please note small vacuum, dustpan and broom provided for ease of cleaning. The holding tanks must be emptied as well ($100 charge may apply for unemptied tanks).
The gas and propane tank must be returned as the same level as it was picked up, $2 per liter charge for unfilled tank.

Charmainne K.oct. 2023Adonis was a wonderful host. He was always quick to reply and very helpful. He gave us a very detailed rundown of his RV and had very little questions along the way. He was flexible and accommodatting. The RV itself is not brand new but this is clearly communicated in the listing. It is very very clean and I was very comfortable in the RV. It had all of the amenities one could need. Although, it did not have a coffee maker we bough a moka pot and now the RV should have one. Unfortunately, a prior guest got into an accident with the RV so the awning did not work but Adonis was very clear in his communication and mentioned this before our reservation. The furnace does have a tougher time in temperatures under 0 degrees so don't expect it to be 24 degrees inside the camper. There was a lot of blankets to keep you warm. All in all I was very happy with our experience. Adonis and his wife are very hospitable and friendly. I am so glad we stayed in their RV.- Sarah M.sept. 2023Adonis was great to communicate with and flexible to schedule pickup and drop off. He spent over an hour showing me how to operate all the mechanicals of the Rv, and tips for driving as this was my first time. He did his best to have everything operational after the previous renter had caused some damage. The lac of some of these options was slightly disappointing but out of his control. A toaster and a coffee maker and one more frying pan would be a wonderful addition to the amenities provided.
