Dustin's Evergreen Tesla Fifth Wheel

We didn't get what was advertised. The host was very communicative and accommodated the delivery to our campsite but upon arrival only two critical broken things were reported to us just prior to use arriving - one being the A/C (which he brought in a portable unit) and the other being the top step into the camper. Otherwise when we arrived, the carpets and surfaces were filthy and bed sheets had blood stains on them. We spent money on supplies and time cleaning properly. Then we discovered the loft bed was broken and the table was broken so the toy hauler portion of the trailer was not able to be used for it's purpose of using the bunk or the table. The worst part came later in using water from the white water tank which had a strong putrid smell and upon using the black tank it was obvious it had not been treated. The whole place reaked of ammonia. Many of the window screens were not secured and would fall out and let in bugs and the whole bottom screen of the door was missing so we were limited on how much we could air out the place. We asked for a refund and were denied. There was no other place to stay and we had paid extra $$ for this luxury RV that our extended family could come hang out and enjoy with us. Instead it was unsuitable even for our household.

Unit is great. Dustin is a fantastic host.
