Just bring your food, clothes, bedding & toiletries…plus anything specific you may need. INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL • Hitch with weight distribution sway bars and leveling jacks • All dishes, utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker (pods & ground), toaster, kettle • Dishrags, dish towels , dish soap, salt & pepper • Queen size bed with “Luxury queen size mattress” • twin size bunk beds, & a table that can fold down to become a double size bed • inside shower & toilet • Air conditioner, Electric Fireplace, Diesel heater (good to -40), fridge/freezer, stovetop, microwave, kitchen sink • 43” Smart TV & DVD player with tons of DVD’s for those rainy days 😊 • Bluetooth compatible stereo • Electric Awning • 3 built-in ice holes for ice-fishing • 4 adult size camping chairs • 2 hammocks • 6 Weiner/Smokies roasting sticks • Large & small Axe • 2 room ice-fishing tent (winter season) • predrilled ice holes (winter season) • 1 water hose BONUS: First 20lbs propane tank on me *****WHAT....NO CLEANING FEE!!******* • In lieu of the cleaning fee, the renter will be expected to return the RV in the same condition and cleanliness that they received it in • All required cleaning supplies will be provided. • Rentals returned uncleaned or not in the same condition it left in there will be charged a $60 cleaning fee from the damage deposit ***Please have the Grey & Black water tanks emptied and cleaned before returning or there is a $40 septic cleaning fee*** Extras & ADD ONS: • Pet fee: $10 • Propane Fire-Pit 🔥 $20/night (great for not needing wood and great to use for when fire bands are in effect) • Extra filled Propane tank $30 (last about 2 days of good fire-pit use) • Quiet inverter generator $25/day Pickup is 2pm and after, return is 11am. Possible to be fixable depending on upcoming reservations. *****FOR PATCH WORKERS or Ice-fishing****** trailer can be rented on-site on my property (property also includes a hot tub). Or in the winter rent the trailer set up right on Christina Lake (no delivery charge) or Gregoire Lake (delivery fee for overnight ice-fishing adventures)
