As stated above, cooking INSIDE the unit is NOT ALLOWED. 2. Similar to above, absolutely NO SMOKING will be permitted in the unit. 3. ONLY "Full Hookup" campsites will be considered for rental either for delivery, or pick-up. This unit will not support boondocking on batteries, and they will not last more than a day. Do not plan to use the water tank, the tank has been emptied, and is unusable. Only a city water connection is available to guests, and is required for operating the plumbing of the unit at all times. Any smells, residue, grease, oil or other remnants of cooking inside the unit, using the plumbing without a proper water hookup, or smoking inside the unit will be professionally cleaned, and the renter will be charged for the service. The unit must stay tolerable for all users, and we want to make these rules crystal clear. You must mention that you have read, and agree to these conditions before rental will be considered.
