Rocky Mountain RV Keystone Springdale 20th Anniversary Travel Trailer

We had a wonderful experience renting this trailer from Edwin. He is genuinely one of the most personable people you could meet—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He was always happy to see us, our children, and even our dog whenever he stopped by. The trailer itself was in pristine condition. I hadn’t paid much attention to its age when booking because it looked attractive and had everything we needed, so I was amazed to learn that it is seven years old. It is so clean and well maintained that everything inside looks almost brand new. Edwin and his wife’s pride of ownership is very obvious. The setup was excellent, including two large outdoor mats, which made the campsite much more comfortable and helped keep dirt out of the trailer. The children loved the games provided and slept very well in their bunks. The bedding was lovely, and having cleaning supplies readily available made it easy to tidy up after the kids. The outdoor kitchen was such a treat. Cooking bacon outside instead of filling the trailer with the smell was fantastic, and having an outdoor refrigerator for drinks saved valuable space inside the main fridge. We had a couple of minor issues initially with the hot water and outdoor kitchen connection, but Edwin was extremely responsive and came out more than once to help us get everything working. His helpfulness and willingness to make sure we were comfortable really stood out. The trailer was stocked with many thoughtful extras, including tea, a coffee maker, serving dishes, bowls, garbage bags, paper plates, coffee cups, and travel mugs. Having previously owned an RV, I know how much effort goes into keeping one clean, stocked, and well maintained. Edwin was responsive, hospitable, and clearly takes excellent care of his trailer. We are very thankful for such a positive rental experience and would absolutely recommend renting from him.
