This beautiful NEW Forest River Alpha wolf luxury bunkhouse has room for the whole family! 2 bed room!!! Master has a queen size bed with plenty of storage, 2nd bedroom has 3 bunks. A large super slide with U-dinette and a couch that both make into beds. It is so roomy! 2ND entry do to the restroom, Full size shower & toilet. LED lighting, blue tooth stereo w/ speakers inside & outside. USB ports throwout the trailer. Outside has a full double fridge & freezer, sink & propane hook up for grill. "Grill not provided" “Bedding is not provided” Hitch and stabilizer bars are provided at no additional charge. "if using your own 2 5/16 ball is required. NON-SMOKING! NO PETS! NO EXCEPTIONS This trailer is 7418lbs dry weight. Be sure your vehicle has a tow rating at least 500 lbs above this. Most 3/4 ton will have no problem, and some 1/2 tons can tow it. Please do your research if you’re towing. If you show up in a vehicle not adequate to tow this the trailer will not be released. Drop off times and arrangement need to be established in advance. We will set-up the entire trailer for you when it is delivered. This takes 30-45 minutes. Pick up times and drop off times vary: Entry & Reentry to campgrounds must be paid by renter. Trailer must be returned washed or additional fee's will apply If booking a camp site this trailer requires a 40 foot minimum space. All add on fee's will apply if Delivering/picking up and will be taken from deposit if not paid in advance. Dump $100 "If not empty when we arrive for pick up. Propane refill $50 "unless your are providing your own propane tanks" Exterior wash $70 "unless trailer is washed" Interior cleaning $50 "Cleaning supplies provided" Late pick up or drop off will be charged $25 per hour. Orientation is usually 30-45 minutes please plan on this time before beginning your trip! Please bring copy of insurance and drivers license at time of pick up!
