Ryan's Toy Hauler 10' Garage

Although it is a Toy Hauler, there are two queen beds in the garage making 3 queen beds in total. Sleeps 6 on 3 beds, plus 1 on the couch. The couch is a recliner as well for extra comfort. Lots of storage space below and inside. Electric jacks front and rear. Two Air Conditioners, one for the main area and the other for the bedroom. To run both you will need a minimum 30 amp service, 50 is better. Built in 5,500 generator to power everything if there are no hook ups or a lack of power at the hook ups. There is a selection of DVD's to watch if the weather turns bad. Utensils and cooking tools are included, please have them washed before returning the trailer. No cooking in the trailer, it still smells new and it is going to stay that way. Boiling water for tea, hot chocolate, coffee, etc. is fine as long as the steam isn't hitting the bottom of the cupboards. Camping BBQ will be available upon request. Axes are included, please let me know if there is damage so I can sharpen the for the next user. Delivery available pending time and location. Tuesday through Friday during the day is tough due to my work schedule. Evenings are easy to navigate, as well as Saturday through Monday.
